About the space:
You'll have the entire 900 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bath unit to yourself which includes private parking on the upper driveway, the covered patio and upper deck. Although this is an "upper" unit, it's built into the ridge, and there are minimal stairs. Just two of them actually, so while it's not handicapped accessible, it's a great choice for those looking for less stairs to navigate.
About the bedrooms:
We've set this space up to accommodate up to 6 people, and longer stays are welcomed. In bedroom #2, there is a queen size bed, and it bedroom #1, there are two twins with trundles. Each mattress on the twin bed is at least 10" thick and these beds are built to accommodate adults.

This unit has a full bathroom (full size bathtub) with a washer and dryer.

This property is in an ideal location to get around to the Johnson City area, but also centrally located in the Tri-Cities area as well. It is located 20 minutes to Bristol Motor Speedway, 13 minutes to Gray, 5 min to I26, 20 min to Buffalo Mountain, and of course a short drive to downtown Johnson City.
