Come spend your next beach vacation on the beautiful Crystal Coast! Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and stunning views from our newly updated, spacious OCEANFRONT duplex! This property has only been on the rental market for 1 year and is very clean and well maintained. “Emerald Dawn” features ocean views from almost every bedroom, a walkway onto a quiet beach, 3 furnished decks, a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, 3 workspaces, Cable and Smart TVs in every room.

You will only be minutes away from some of the best that the Island has to offer! Walk (or hop in a rented golf cart) and explore the local pier, waterpark, mini golf, movie theatre, paved biking trail, beach shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bars from this very centrally located property. Come and be one of the first to enjoy Emerald Dawn!

* The pool on the property belongs to the other half of the duplex . Guests on our side do NOT have access to the pool.

We loved staying at this property with our family - it was such a short walk down from the house to the beach and the house was incredibly clean! Great location with easy access to all the shops and restaurants in town. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Family Beach getaway

This house was just as listed. Big, clean, beautifully decorated, with all the extras our family needed. Plenty of supplies were provided, both housewares and beach items as well as baby gear and toys - they've thought of everything. Our family loved the area and spent several days sitting on the beach, which was just a few steps off the back deck. We couldn't have asked for a better place to gather our children and grandchildren.

Perfect for families

Location was perfect for having little kids that need to go back and forth from the beach frequently! House was great layout also for our extended family. Host was good about communicating issues and plans for resolutions. No complaints here!

Beautiful duplex, beautiful views!

We spent a week here. The place is well-stocked, clean and comfortable. Everything is close by...grocery store, souvenir shops, restaurants etc. Would highly recommend this place.

Every Day is a Beach Day

The house has a very welcoming, warm, beachy vibe. It was clean and everything was provided. The host was extremely easy to work with and always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions. We had such a fabulous experience and hope to come back again!

Excellent Time

Couldn’t say enough about the time we had. Julia was great and very kind. Had a slight glimpse on the check-in but nothing major. The property is fantastic and was a pleasure to enjoy our Thanksgiving time on the beach!

Wonderful vacation spot!

This house was a perfect fit for our vacation. The ocean views and close proximity to the beach were perfection. Quick walk to the pier on the beach for icecream. We rented a golf cart and it was easy to get to stores and restaurants. The house was clean and a good floor plan for a large family. We loved it.

The Perfect Escape

This beautiful place was the perfect escape for our family. Julia and her family have thought through all the little details to make your stay amazing - even down to a laundry basket in each room. The beds are so comfortable. You cannot beat this location - you can walk to most places. We loved it!

Great house!

Super clean and close to everything. Everything you may need is included. There were even ziplock bags which was very helpful bringing snacks to the beach for the kids! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful Home with a Great View!! Plenty of Room!! Views from every level were great with brand new deck and furniture. One things that is important to me would be beds and the beds in this home were so comfortable. 10/10. Kitchen was well stocked!! Very Clean!! Excited to return. Linens provided!! Beach chairs and kids sand toys!! All showers had Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!
