Oceanfront duplex with beautiful sunset views

Top Notch West is a wonderfully furnished and fully equipped oceanfront duplex (West side). Located just steps from the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Emerald Isle, dolphins are frequently seen from this home. This lovely home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is equipped with free wifi, cable, and TVs in all bedrooms.

This spacious duplex has ample room to spread out in the well appointed kitchen and open living/dining room space. The two dining tables seat 12 with additional bar seating for four. Also on this level is a full bathroom and a large soundfront bedroom with a twin and queen bed. Three bedrooms are on the second floor - 1 oceanfront king master suite and 1 oceanfront queen, both with deck access and 1 soundfront bedroom with 2 twin beds). The entire third floor is an oceanfront master suite with private deck.

A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) make clean-up easy. There is an outdoor charcoal grill with picnic table seating.

Last Minute Trip - Top Notch!

Our last minute vacation at Top Notch West was wonderful! Our host, Amy, was extremely responsive before. during, and after booking. The house was in a great location, well equipped, spacious, and was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 dogs (room for much more). The views from all balconies were amazing, the spaces well maintained, and new/plentiful beach chairs a plus (even though we didn't use them- the dogs kept us on our feet)! We enjoyed the house thoroughly and will be back for sure!

AMAZING!!!

We checked in for the Valentine's Day weekend with two other couples and had an Amazing time there in the house! It was very clean and spacious... Our hostess communicated promptly via email every time she was messaged! We will definitely reserve this house again!!!Thank You!!!

Excellent house, location and more!

We had five couples for my stepmoms 60th birthday weekend and we couldn’t have picked a better house! It was clean and had everything you needed, including outdoor furniture and beach chairs! The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for 10 people (we’ve could have had more). Amy was very responsive to questions and excellent check-in/check-out instructions! We are hoping to do a reunion weekend and everyone voted we go back to this house again!

Christmas at the Besch

We were very impressed with the property and the responsiveness when we had questions. It is a lovely light and bright duplex that has spaces galore! It is well stocked and very clean. We brought our dogs and found the property perfect for sharing this experience with the pups. We will definitely plan to return - cant recommend this highly enough!

Perfect for Families

We stayed in EI for my daughter's wedding and wanted an oceanfront home for the whole family. It was larger enough for us all to be together, but still have some privacy. The host responded promptly to all of our questions. Everything we needed was there, including some beach chairs. The kitchen is very stocked. The home was beautiful and the view was amazing!

Just Perfect!

My cousins and I rented the property for a weekend to celebrate my aunt’s wedding. The property was beautiful and the beach was amazing. So many nice touches. They had every pan/utensil that we needed to cook our own meals. Plenty of towels and the place was very clean. There were dolphins right off the beach as soon as we arrived. The sunset over the pier was stunning. Nothing but great things to say about this property!

Amazing stay

5 out of 5 starts on everything. The house is lovely and has everything, very clean and lots of room to spread out. The host allowed us to check in early and check out later which was very convenient and gave us a chance to relax and do a long walk in the beach before we left. Fiat time on Emerarld Isle (typically staying up the road at the Atlantic) and it’s a very nice area with hikes along the beach. While we visited during the off season, there were very few people of the beach, we basically had miles of a private beach. Really enjoyed every bit of our stay and will definitely be back next year!

Spacious oceanfront duplex for the whole family

We loved staying here- there were about 11 of us, and we enjoyed how large the kitchen/dining area was. Private ramp to the beach was very convenient. Beautiful decks throughout- lots of stairs, if that’s a concern for mobility. The home could use a freshening up- new pillows, some minor home repairs, wear and tear on furniture and upholstery. Other than that it was a perfect stay for a fall weekend on Emerald Isle!

Perfect!

The location is convenient to local amenities, it is very spacious with all the things you need if you prefer to just stay in. The beach is amazing and a few steps away, very private and plenty of parking. Wonderful visit for my family of 12!

Beautiful beach front stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view of the beach and sound of the waves from the porches was so peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils for cooking and the beds were very comfortable.

Top Notch is definitely top notch

We had a wonderful time in Emerald Isle and this house was awesome! Amy is fabulous, very responsive and super helpful. The house is clean, has everything you need including great views and a very access to the beach.

2nd time!

This was the second time we rented this house. It is perfect for our family. Plenty of room for 7 of us plus 2 dogs! The house is furnished with everything we need . The location is perfect and it is on the beach with a great walkway. We will be staying there again!

Beach trip

The place was great. We had a little issue with the tvs but they sent someone out right away to correct the issue. Newer smart TVs would be nice. That was the only complaint I would have. (Not even a complaint)
