Relaxing and clean

We had a wonderful week visiting with family in the area. The house has a beautiful kitchen that is perfect for gathering. The large patio with a refreshing pool provided the perfect tropical escape from the cold weather where we are from. We are rather picky about cleanliness and were very pleased.

Home needs some TLC

Garage was a mess. The lounge chairs at pool were broken. The house needs a thorough cleaning. Great location.

Beautiful spot

Stay was great! Awesome location and property. Only downfall for us was there is a lot of breakable sentimental items in the home displayed. we have 2 young children, one that just learned to walk so it was not the most relaxing for a mom of a toddler. I literally couldn’t let him even get 2 steps away from me the entire stay… but who can ever relax with a toddler anyways in someone else’s home I guess haha. Would stay again for sure once kids are older.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood

The home was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved being close to the beach without being right in the center of it all.

Winter Break Getaway

We stayed 2 weeks, came from WA and loved every minute! It was colder than usual but we made the best of it. We have family close by and this place was perfect! Thanks again for letting us stay!

Great vacation home

Great vacation home, great location. Pool was great, house was comfortable, communication with the owner was quick. House had everything you needed. Backyard was a great place to hang out. Enjoyed our stay! 😊

Amazing place

We were there for the usssa baseball tournament. It was only a18 minute drive to the ballpark. The location to the beach was very close just a few minutes drive away. Great relaxing neighborhood. My family loved having a pool at the house. We hope to return!

Nice little house. Very accessible to great food and the host was very responsive.

Nice house with a pool. Very accessible to places like space coast stadium and Kennedy space center. Overall would definitely recommend.

Great Location, Perfect House

My daughter and I stayed at this house and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The host was very responsive and we appreciated the pool very much. The larger bedroom is the more comfortable bed. I had to switch with my daughter as I am used to a softer bed. The smaller bedroom does not have enough room for a large suitcase but you can either use the other bedroom or the floor in the entry. We will DEFINITELY try to rent the house again when we come back.

Great location

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. A short drive to the beach and minutes to Patrick AFB. My family stayed with be for a few nights out of the two weeks - I agree with another reviewer that the house might not be appropriate for very young kids due to the trophies. Maria had an incredible tennis career! We figured out how to keep the 9-month old out of the way of the trophies:) I was disappointed that the beautiful pool was still too "refreshing" to use much. Maria was great regarding communication. I would stay again.

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

We had the best vacation at Maria's house. It is in a lovely neighborhood that is an easy drive to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The backyard is amazing. Maria is very quick and easy to communicate with - great host. We would stay here again! (Just a heads up - there is only one bike at the house.)

Beautiful home in a convenient location near beaches

We loved our stay here. The living area has lovely light all day. Nice pool and big, fenced in, sunny outdoor space. The location is hard to beat, 10-15 mins from both Cocoa Beach and Melbourne. There is a nice bike path at the end of the street. Property is in a great neighborhood, quiet and well kept. Many beaches within a 5 minute drive, with easy parking and good surf. The house is nicely furnished with a friendly, festive vibe from the multitude of awards from owner's impressive tennis career. The beds are both on the softer side.

Very nice home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very nice, very clean, beautiful backyard and pool area. Got a little difficult with four adults and only one bathroom at times but we managed. Overall it was a great stay.

Perfect for a baseball week!

We were playing at the USSSA baseball facility for 5 days and this was a great property rather than staying at a hotel. 20 minute drive to the fields made it easy to come back between games; pool was perfect for the kids; very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Was not walking distance to the beach but quick drive to beach access parking. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Place

Stayed here with the family for kids baseball tournament at Space Coast. Very nice beach house. The pool was definitely utilized. Had a minor issue and property owner responded right away. Would stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Shell Beach Gettaway

Loved the property. It was very clean and decorated very nice. Pool was clean and clear!! plenty of outdoor seating for hanging out or laying out. only con was the Master bedroom was off limits. Might be able to use it if you ask. Just be aware if you are looking for a 3 bedroom but this property accommodated our family just fine.

Nice Place

We loved staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. The host was accessible and communicative when needed and the house was very clean. The pool was also very a nice bonus. However, there are fragile trophies all over the place and with a small child this only made the stay more difficult and not the best place for families. There was also very limited supplies in the house, no extra paper towels or toilet paper and the soap for the dishes was also empty. Checkin and out was seemless and the home is in a great location for activities!
