Beautiful property until you go into the kitchen
We stayed in 1205. It is a lovely unit, very clean and organized. We were very happy with everything until I started using the kitchen. I have never tried to use such a filthy kitchen in my life. EVERYTHING I have used, I have had to SCRUB before I could use it. Some things still have tomato sauce on them. I haven’t washed it off yet because I haven’t wanted to use that bowl. The utensils have dried on food as if they were put in the dishwasher with food chunks and then it didn’t get clean and so baked on during the drying cycle. This is most upsetting because until last night, my husband had done some of our cooking and he does not see as well as I do and no telling what he used!!!!! I am most upset by this!! I am disabled and unable to give everything in that kitchen the good scrubbing that it needs. I guess we will be eating out for the rest of our stay which is another week, or using the ninja pot that we brought with us. I expected better for the extremely high price we are paying. This is part of a letter that I sent to Vacasa and never got a response. I am glad to finally get this off my chest. The rest of the unit was almost spotless. Even the tops of the sheets were ironed. I hated to downgrade this unit, but it was disgusting. It also was one of the most expensive units in the complex, so I didn't expect this to happen!!!
