We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location truly couldn’t be better—sunsets literally right from the balcony every night , and the beach was right there. Just hop on the elevator, walk out to the pool area, and you’re on the beach in seconds.We loved the hot tub and pool area, and the beds were super comfortable. The balcony was perfect, the neighborhood was low-key and quiet, and everyone we met was friendly—even the guys doing building improvements.The condo was clean, updated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of kitchen supplies. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly whenever I had a question. The washer and dryer were great (a little loud, but totally fine). We also had a laugh realizing the beach chairs were tucked away in the closet area on the balcony .Mini golf was about a mile walk, and Caddy’s restaurant across the street had a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we will absolutely be back!

Perfect Beach Condo

Perfect beach condo for a mother/daughter get away. The condo had the best view, was so clean, well stocked, great and convenient location, nice working A/C and loved the comfy beds. Will be booking again.

Another Great Stay

We can’t say enough how great and prompt the communication with the staff is. (Thanks Dan & staff). Like how units are fully stocked and always in good condition. This year was very apparent as we stayed later with another company and that was not up to ITrips standards (lesson learned). Would book this unit again.

Relaxing Get A Way

This condo was off the beaten path of Clearwater. It was very quiet and we had the whole beach and ocean pretty much to our selves. The condo had everything we needed for the week and grocery stores were not far away. There is a good restaurant across the road or if you enjoy a little walk there were restaurants around a mile away. We had a very relaxing and much needed week away with the girls

Great Location, Beautiful Beach, Nice Condo

Very nice condo, everything was as described, and the location was Wonderful. Very short walk to the ocean, the balcony had an Amazing view of the beach and Wonderful sunsets. The washer and dryer are loud, and the 3rd bedroom at the front door was Always hot, and i would say aqiduate for 2 small children or 1 teenager there is not a dresser or closet in there (she used the 2nd closet in the master) They did have fans in each room 2 of them didn't work when we got there, but new ones were provided quickly. The beds were a little firm for our liking, but overall comfortable. Liked the door lock being a code so we didnt have to keep up with a key. Went an Amazing fishing charter with "Simply Hooked Fishing Charter". Will definitely stay again. Actually looking at dates now to book again.

Beautifully remodeled condo right on the water

This is the only time I’ve gone to a VRBO when the unit was nicer than the pictures, they have done a lot of updating since these pictures. We had a fabulous time. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable. Great location across the street from a restaurant The couches were comfortable, and we had an amazing stay thank you for sharing your house with us.

Fantastic

Condo was even better than the pics shown on the web. Kitchen fully loaded, beds very comfy, Living Room TV was updated to a large screen, and some of the furniture also updated. All in all, super nice! I'd definitely book this unit again.

Fall Rejuvenation

Nice property, condo was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Very nice balcony to sit and take in the beautiful gulf. I also appreciated the security code to get into the room. It was nice not having to keep up with a card or key.

Loved having super easy access to the beach! The rooms fit our needs as a family with 4 children. At the time of our rental, various products remained from previous renters or Itrip that were super helpful (salt shaker, oil, coffee filters, laundry detergent, paper plates). Additionally there were several toilet rolls per bathroom and several trash bags to use. Also, there were plenty of beach supplies (4 (2 sm/2lg) boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, small buckets and shovel) in the balcony closet which we enjoyed and added to. The condo could use a facelift (fresh paint to cover scuffs and past poor paint jobs) and some minor maintenance repairs (a door hinge was falling out of the frame). We did find some staining on the master bedroom sheets... they were clean but stained. I would suggest replacing them completely. Overall, this condo was convenient and fit our trip needs.

The location was very nice. The condo was roomy and we didn’t feel cramped. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had a washer and dryer which was great. The beach chairs and umbrella was a great bonus. The condo was nice but when we got there the bathroom had mold and smelled because of the toilet on the level on top. ( no fault of their own) but I feel like they were kind of rude about the whole situation and the one set of bed sheets had stains on them we washed them and went about our day. I would recommend I just wasn’t happy with the rudeness!

Love the beach

We were there during the hurricane I would like more communication from our property manager, and the building manager . We had a fabulous time. Everything was there that we needed. We would definitely go again.

Nice vacation but condo could use a good cleaning and some maintenance.

This was an enjoyable family vacation but was disappointed with our condo. Could use a good cleaning, fresh paint and needs some maintenance. There is an outside door from the second bedroom and it needs a deadbolt lock. The sliding door off the main bedroom does not lock. When my daughter turned down her bed in the small bedroom, there was a hair in the bed and could not use it the first night. We stripped the bed and washed the sheets the next day. The mattress was dirty and stained also. Some of the pillows looked terrible and need replacing. We love this area but definitely will not pick this condo again.

Spring Break 2023

Location was great. Access to beach good. Made calls and texted about two TVs in bedrooms not working. Yes one got back with us about solving the problem. Had two children in our group would have been extremely helpful to have working TVs to help with quiet time and bedtime for them. Very disappointed with yes resolution. Cleanliness was so so.
