Wonderful Stay

Owner was phenomenal to communicate with. Dino texted us early to get us into the condo since our flight came in early. Condo was well stocked with all amenities. The beachfront was beautiful and lots of nice family's. This condo is great for a family.

Perfect location on the gulf.

Check in and communication was easy and efficient. Property is perfect for long walks on the beach. The pool is large and right off the beach. Direct view of the gulf from the condo. Beautiful sunset view from the balcony. We plan to book again next year.

Perfect Spring Break

Great condo with everything we needed to have the perfect Spring Break. The views are beautiful from the balcony and the couch. We enjoyed the free use of their beach wagon that made carrying everything to the beach easy. Nice pool and grounds.

Fun spring break 2025

We enjoyed this unit and had a lot of fun using the pool and relaxing on the beach. Beds were super comfy , shower water was hot which was great every night. Had plenty of space and everything that needed was already there. We are going to re book as soon as I find out our kids spring schedule soon!

Excellent stay

The condo was perfect for our smaller group this year! We love the area, as we have returned to Indian Shores again this year! The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we could want or need! And, of course, the views were gorgeous! We were sad to leave this year, but plan to return!

Yearly cousin’s trip

This is an excellent property! The host, Dino, was extremely helpful and checked on us to make sure everything was as it should be. The unit was immaculate, even walking on the floors barefoot! I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

606 was in a very convenient location, pool/hot tub were very nice. The unit itself could use a thorough good old fashioned scrubbing, under and behind the furniture and carpets.

Gulf of Mexico

Beautiful Condo right on the gulf. The sunsets were spectacular. Lots of great restaurants very close. Condo itself is nicely furnished and equipped with anything you would need to cook. Any info about workings in condo very well communicated. Would rent again if we come to this area again.🤓

Great Location! Very clean! Family fun!

Overall, condo kept very well! Very clean! Proximity to all things “beach” including not only beach front access, but seafood restaurants galore! Craby Bills, PJ’s Oyster House, just to name a few with Caddy’s just across the street! Amenities in abundance making our stay very easy and inclusive to meet pretty much all our wants/needs to have a great family beach vacation! Highly recommend! Only drawback is parking if/when need more than a couple of spots (1-“designated” with multiple “guest” slots, just limited). Plan ahead for parking arrangements if need more than 2 or 3 slots.

Beautiful Beach Break

This condo was perfect. Immaculate and very, very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and we made cookies, paella, baked chicken, and margaritas. Dishwasher was more than adequate and so were the washer and dryer. Both bathrooms were spotless, convenient, and roomy. We used the owner's (Mr. Dino) beach closet on the deck and it was fully supplied with boogie boards, beach chairs, pails, crab nets, beach shovels, and umbrellas. We dried our wet suits on the clothesline provided on the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets in the lounge chairs. We ate several meals on the balcony table. The beds were comfortable with clean, crisp linens and comforters. It was chilly while there and we used the provided super soft plush throws. The furniture was plenty and the flat screens were easily marked with instructions and remotes. We returned to our state happy, rested, and ready to return again. Thank you! ;)

Great location in Paradise

Jaco Bay condos are the perfect place to stay in Jaco. The setting is gorgeous yet close enough to walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more… pool noodles, beach towels, chairs for the beach, plus a terrific water filter system so we didn’t feel the need to buy bottled water. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place.

Wonderful place and entire resort. The pool is close and water so gorgeous. Lauri was so great to communicate and accommodating.
