Located on the 1st floor, perfectly situated on the white sandy beach by the shimmering blue waters of our humble slice of paradise, your getaway at Sand Dollar 107 offers a wonderful home base for your next vacation. THIS UNIT HAS A SAFE FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE! This 1st floor unit makes your vacation so convenient for so many reasons. Free WiFi, beachside heated pool and hot-tub, BBQ and picnic area, tiki huts, a beach volleyball area, a private fishing dock, plus right in the heart of Indian Shores close to all the activities!

Convenience and relaxation are both found in this condo. Getting fully settled in won't be a problem in this home away from home with 1470 square feet of cozy living space, featuring tropical décor and comfortable furnishings that will ensure a peaceful stay. In the living room there is plenty of comfortable seating so that everyone can fully relax and recharge after each day of adventure. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious home cooked meals and snacks, making food preparation a breeze! This condos main bedroom suite has direct balcony access and is furnished with queen size bed. The first guest bedroom features 2 full size beds. The second guest bedroom provides a cozy queen bed. Additionally, The main bathroom is equipped with a large tub/shower combo, double sinks, and plenty of cabinet space. The guest bathroom also has dual sinks as well as a tub/shower combo.

Nice property

The Sandollar was a nice property and good location. Following last years hurricane, almost everything outside has been cleaned up and updated with new paint, new pool deck furniture and new landscaping, all very nice. The condo we stayed in was OK, could use updating furniture and supplies. On arrival day we found 2 broken dining room chairs and the rental repair folks were responsive in coming to repair. It was clean and had a beautiful view.

Perfect family condo

I am perfectly pleased with the stay. Beautiful condo, right on the beach, fenced-in hot tub and pool, and plenty of kids of all age ranges for my kids to play with. The condo was spacious and had what we needed. I had some concerns which were quickly addressed by the management company. If there was anything negative at all, it was that the stairwell seems to stay damp, so wear footwear. Other than that, perfect. We're thinking of planning a multi-family trip here.

Beautiful View

The condo location was great and the view was spectacular. The condo was a bit outdated, however, had all the necessities needed for furniture, blankets, etc. The beds were extremely hard and you will need more toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent. The view could not be beat and made it all worthwhile. Communication was okay, you will not get the lock code needed until check in.

Wonderful Stay

We have been coming to the Sand Dollar for years, but this was the first time not renting directly through them. The check in process was so much easier to go straight up to your room. All the keys, wristbands, and parking passes were right there. The condo had everything we needed for the week. I did reach out to the management, and they were very quick to reply. We had a great view from our balcony of dolphins in the morning and sunsets in the evening. All 5 of us had an amazing week!

Right on the beach!

You will need to bring all groceries. No coffee, salt and pepper, or anything is provided. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper Towel was provided. The washer worked great, but the dryer was broken. The beds weren’t the best, and linens were very rough, as stated in others’ reviews. The beach was great! The pool area was great and well maintained. Jump on the trolley and don’t worry about traffic or parking!!

Quiet, family-oriented resort

This is the second year we have rented the same unit. This condo has direct beach access from the pool area. A real plus for anyone with mobility issues. No boardwalk or dunes to cross to access the sand & gorgeous Gulf water. The property is nothing fancy, but it was perfect for us. Very low-key & family-friendly. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. They are overly firm with little to no cushioning. We would still return, just next time I might need to pack a memory foam topper.

The unit needs more supplies in the kitchen, more bowls and cups. The fan in the large bedroom with two beds is unsafe, there's a folded piece of cardboard to prevent it from rocking. The unit is very basic and functional, and normally that is exactly what we look for, however this unit truly needs updating.

The view from the balcony is superb, however the condo is very dated and sterile. The layout was also not ideal for our group. The bathroom layout was odd. Beds were uncomfortable and woke up with sore backs in the morning. The kitchen table had one broken chair and only one stool at the bar. Would also have been nice to have an electric broom to clean up some of the sand on the tile floor. When we checked in, the bathrooms were not super clean. There was hair on the floor. Condo just need a facelift, and it would be great!

A little slice of heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This slice of beach is absolutely beautiful. Water was crystal clear with a nice sea breeze. Loved the direct access to the sand, no boardwalk or dunes to cross. Condo was nice, nothing too fancy. Family oriented, older crowd, not a Spring break vibe. Unit could have been cleaned a little better prior to check-in, especially since we couldn’t get in it until 3PM, but nothing too egregious. Would definitely return. Management was helpful prior to check-in, however, I left 2 messages regarding a missing key once we got in the unit & never got a call back.

Great location and not too touristy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely need more basic utensils(only 5 forks) and consider having beach towels. Be prepared that they only give you a starter kit of necessities -1 trash bag, 1 extra toilet paper per bathroom and paper towels. There are no cleaning supplies or dish soap and a couple dishwasher pods. The condo definitely need a deep cleaning! I asked the rental agency i asked about leaving condiments and cleaning supplies - she said to leave a note. So I left my condiments and cleaning supplies with a note with hopes that they be passed onto the next renter.

Great Stay at Sand Dollar 107!

Overall, we very much loved our stay here. The condo was clean and very spacious. Had all the utensils, plates, pots, pans we would expect. Appliances functioned as expected. The beach location we thought was excellent and had a great HEATED pool! Old-School campsite type bbq grills worked great. A lot of condo projects nearby. Restaurants/stores within a 5 or so minute drive. No delays or challenges getting checked in. We had some confusion/trial and error on when and where to use provided keys. The property was extremely functional and mostly user friendly. If you like contemporary finishes, it's a bit lacking. Our least liked attribute was the full-size bed in the primary bedroom. The property description showed it with a queen size bed. If we don't actually move to the area, we will definately stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good location

Good location. Beach, pool and view were great. Fishing pier. Good parking. Property was dirty upon arrival Saturday. Cleaning crew came Monday and cleaned floors that were very bad. Garbage disposal was broken. Repaired Monday. Washer and dryer in unit but had to dry clothes 2 or 3 times. Not enough towels. No beach/pool towels. No soap in kitchen at all. One elevator for entire property that is very slow. A lot of junk furniture in the closets so they were not usable. Furniture was okay but could use updated in our unit. Only 2 bar chairs at island and the third was a regular height chair? Dishes, glassware and silverware (only 5 forks and it was advertised as sleeps 6). were hodgepodge but had items to cook.

FLORIDA VACAY 2022 TO SEE FLORIDA COUSINS

Absolutely loved the view from our balcony & the convenience of first floor above parking garage. Checkin & Checkout was super easy - didn't need any contact. Condo was great! Down side - sign on refrigerator stated "Free access to Beach Fitness", which I guess wasn't true. Beach Fitness charged my son $10/day and said we needed to contact Condo owner. We contacted our contact at Resort Realty and they never got back to us about it. We also reported a leak coming from the refrigerator, whoever came in just left us a note to contact the office. We did and never heard anything again - leak was not fixed when we left. Also, it would be nice if the condo had more & better glasses, particularly wine glasses; nicer towels (they weren't very soft, especially if anyone gets sunburned, lol). Everything else, was AWESOME! We will definitely be back!!
