Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Location

Family Getaway

Cute house for a family getaway. Our kids enjoyed having the paddle boards and private pool. Even being next to the public access the beach was fairly quiet during the week.

Great Beach Front Condo - Indian Rocks Beach

House was great and the location was awesome! We LOVED the evening sunsets and being on the beach. Home was nice and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again.

IRB Getaway

This condo was fantastic! It was clean, very spacious for a family of 6. Loved the close beach access. One small negative - with the kids, I wish there was some more plastic ware & cups - everything was glass, which is very nice if it were just adults. But yes, beautiful condo, within walking to several restaurants, very peaceful.

GREAT VACAY!

2024 Family Vacation

Verydisappointed in property. None of amenities mentioned in listing was available. Pool, hot tub, beach equipment was not available. I know there was a hurricane. But that was 3 months ago. And nothing was done. I was told a refund was coming but have not received it. Been dealing with a management company that rented it to VRBO SO doubtful if I will get it. Also to top it off the refrigerator quit on Christmas Eve and we lost over 300 in groceries. It is close to beach and we had fun fishing from beach.

Amazing View and great place to stay.

Amazing view and overall great place to stay! Walking distance to many restaurants and ice cream shops, bike/golf cart rental. Pool is a bit on the smaller side for all three levels, but the ocean is just steps away. Great communication with Property Management. Would definitely stay there again. We did wish there would be an earlier check in time than four as we arrived earlier than anticipated.

Perfect location

This place had magnificent views of the beach and easy walking to several dining spots including a bakery and brewery. The pool was nice place to cool down after hitting the beach. Chairs were available and the kayaks were nice(no backs on seat).

Beautiful Sunsets

We enjoyed our stay, watching the dolphins and birds along with beautiful sunsets, it doesn’t get any better than this. Walk out the door and onto the beach. We walked the beach to reach the the restaurants , coffee shop and ice cream store with over a 140 flavors.

40th Birthday Stay

We LOVED this place. Yes, the people walking above us were loud at times, but it was very minimal. Everything was perfect and we didn't have one single issue. We are hoping to be back to this exact place!

Girls Trip

Location, location, location! Literally steps to the beach and a few steps (within .5 miles) to multiple bars, restaurants, live music, CVS. Upon arrival, the condo was much better than I expected...everything you need, updated, sturdy. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. It was perfect for our stay...there were 6 of us, 8 would have also been comfortable. Highly recommend, jiat needs a few more wine glasses 😉

Beautiful property, well maintained. Unfortunately WiFi for tv didn’t work while we were there and due to heat and humidity outside part of our group needed to stay inside a lot and wanted to watch tv. That was very frustrating even though it was a beautiful place to stay. A Vacasa rep came to check it out but said he couldn’t fix it so we had to live with it. Very disappointing. Kitchen was well appointed. We had everything we needed. Loved the beach equipment. The elevator was really helpful for moving in and out. I would definitely stay again

Family Vaca In Paradise

We loved our stay at On the Rocks. We booked units 1 and 2 for a family vacation and were so happy with our experience. Most of our basic needs were met within the house (coffee pot, pans, dishes) and anything that we needed to pick up was easy to do with a CVS in walking distance and a Publix nearby. Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was incredible. It was great to not worry about bringing linens or bath towels. The location could not be beat with the pool and beach right outside and some fun bars and restaurants just a couple of blocks away. The only note I made to the owner was to check the status of the grill. We bought burgers and ended up making them inside on the stove and the grill wasn’t in great shape. With that being said, we will be back! So happy to have found this awesome property.

House great, management dismal

The appartement and the location are phenomenal. However various things such as the elevator, the WiFi and the TVs did not work. Contacting the management is complicated and pretty much useless as it’s via Vacasa and then another local management called TeemingVR. The task of everyone involved seems to be to avoid having to do anything at all. It takes a long time for answers and ultimately nothing gets fixed. Answers frequently don’t involve an actual answer to the question that was posed but are text blocks. A late checkout request was denied based on policy without possibility to talk to management. After several attempts and late checkout at 1PM was granted. All in all you waste a significant amount of time on trying to contact the management, messing up your schedule

WE WILL BE BACK!

This condo is beautiful, and with such an incredible view of the ocean from the balcony - it left us breathless. We came down for just over 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. The place was spotless when we moved in and came with all the necessities you might need. What is really nice is that the building only has 3 units - you never feel crowded or have to worry about running into people all over the place. A very nice pool area that, surrounded by trees, is great for blocking the wind on somewhat cooler days. A plus is the elevator - a big help when you have 20 bags of groceries that need to go upstairs. We plan on coming out for 3 weeks next year and staying here again. This gets our highest recommendation.

Construction work spoiled holiday

Construction work spoiled our holiday. 16 days before our stay I received an email from the host talking about construction work! I find it hard to believe that the host didn’t know about this work months in advance and give us the opportunity to find alternative accommodation. We booked this apartment for the direct beach access and quiet location. Upon our arrival we could not access the beach and the noise from the earth moving machines was constant. This work is scheduled to last for 3 months. Our son who has autism found this very hard to cope with. The apartment was lovely and if not for the constant beeping, diesel fumes revving engines and clanging diggers this apartment would have been the perfect location. I have never been so glad to check out

Perfect spacious family beach condo for our family of 8!!

We enjoyed 7 nights at this condo. Gorgeous views, heated pool, beach chairs, Very spacious! With kayaks provided we were able to kayak right next to multiple dolphins. One of the coolest experiences I have ever had! The kids loved the pool! We had 5 adults and 3 children and more than enough space!! In condo washer and dryer, full kitchen, plenty of extra bath towels, lots of hangers, spacious screened in patio. Be sure to purchase extra TP , paper towels and trash bags :) At times we could hear the people above us running around... With such a large party we did have mornings we ran out of hot water… The condo is located right next to (kind of shares a parking Lot with) a public beach parking lot and boardwalk 👎🏻 BUT it worked for us since we got married on the beach in front of this beautiful condo—our guest were able to use the free parking area. Over all, Amazing beach condo for our family!

Good home, Great location

First let me say that the home mostly met our expectations. The bedrooms were well sized and beds were comfortable. The rest of the home met our needs. The location is fantastic with great views calling for you to spend lots of time on the porch. The pool was nice but needed cleaning and wasn't cleaned in the week we were there. There was a bunch of sand and dirt at the bottom of the pool and it was still there the day we left. The walk to the beach is extremely short and the beach is not at all crowded. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. We only drove to dinner once during the week. We had our dog with us and they had a nice doggie area beside the steps for it to go. There is a small park a short walking distance away as well. A dog park is 2 miles away and a dog swimming area is about 4 miles away. Note that dogs are not allowed on the beach per the city. Overall the home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. I do want to warn those staying on floors 2 and 1 that the noise from the upstairs neighbors can be loud. We could hear running, chairs dragging, and all activity starting around 6 AM. Fortunately the first family that stayed above us was quiet but the second family had over 10 people there with small children and it was loud. We also had an incident where the cleaners attempted to come in during the middle of our stay. They entered without permission and abruptly left without explaining themselves. It took me hours to get someone from Vacasa to call me back and confirm these were indeed cleaners and not someone with the access code to our unit. My wife was extremely worried for most of the day until we heard back from Vacasa. This took about 4-5 hours to get this cleared up. Overall I would recommend the unit and would probably stay here again.

Honest Review

My family & I stayed in this vacation spot for a week. A total of 5 adults, 3 kids (12, 10, 5). If you are on the 1st or 2nd level, you can hear everything going on above you. Including the other guests walking across their condo. Which can be annoying, but wasn’t a huge deal to us. You can’t expect people not to walk around! It was about our 5th night in, we had tucked the kids into bed approx. 8:30 -9 PM. Now, 10:45 PM. All the adults are sitting on the couch watching television before heading to bed. I get a call from an unknown number so I don’t answer it. They left a voicemail. It was an agent with Vacasa informing us there had been a noise complaint filed against us and we needed to be respectful of our neighbors or we could be immediately evicted from the property with no refund. I did NOT appreciate getting threatened with these things when my family had done nothing out of the normal. Literally nothing. So I call back immediately to get details as far as more specifics to the complaint - footsteps, the television, voices? What was so loud we were disturbing neighbors? Again, the kids were asleep. Adults all sitting on the couch - maybe some casual conversations but nothing loud, the television was on but at an appropriate volume. They would not give specifics of the complaint and just said that maybe there had been a misunderstanding. Which is okay, misunderstandings happen - but don’t threaten to immediately evict 8 people from their vacation rental over a misunderstanding. I didn’t appreciate it at all & the rest of the time we felt like we had to tiptoe & whisper as if not to disturb anyone in fear of getting kicked out of the condo. We will not be staying here again.
