Admire the water from your private balcony at this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the centrally located Intercoastal Condo complex, set just steps from the beach on the banks of the Intracoastal Waterway. Take a dip in the outdoor pool after sun-kissed days on the shore!

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. Kick back and socialize in the living room or watch favorite shows in the privacy of your primary suite. Up a spiral staircase, the laidback loft creates more room to gather.

A private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

While this condo is dog-friendly, dogs are not allowed on the beach. The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Needs some painting and touch ups for sure. But first… please get some new pots and pans! We were afraid to use the only skillet… Teflon coming off. Cooked eggs in a boiling pot! Need kitchen utensils as well. Plus only had about 1/2 roll of paper towels. Need a back up.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

This condo is well-equipped and in a wonderful location in relation to the beach. It’s a quick walk to the sand. Yes, there are signs of wear and tear and things that should be replaced (such as several kitchen items…a bit disappointing, as I have seen this mentioned in other reviews and was surprised that it hadn’t been addressed), but the porch had beautiful views and the general layout and overall concept is great. I would stay here again. We enjoyed our trip and prefer this area to the beaches further north.

Lovely beach getaway!

What a lovely condo! The decor was bright and beachy. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/crock pot/dutch oven/plates/cups/bowls/blender/coffee maker/serving utensils. The hall closet was stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs, a wagon and an umbrella. The two bedrooms had plenty of comforters, pillows, sheets and bath towels. The upstairs loft had two daybeds with trundle beds underneath. The balcony had views of both the intercostal and the beach. Our family had a great time exploring the sweet town. The food was great and the locals were sooooo very friendly! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Home away from Home!

Beautiful family friendly beach home. View of the ocean and intercoastal from large comfy balcony. 2 minute walk to the beach! Awesome loft for the kids and very open concept set up with beautiful large island in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable! There was a beach cart, chairs and towels that made getting to the beach with the gear easy! There about 32 stairs to get up to the room, so make sure you and the kids are capable of climbing. There is a pool with a bathroom, which was convenient. You can ride the Jolly Trolley up and down Gulf Blvd, even to the boardwalk in St John's Pass. So much to do within walking distance! Lulu's Ice Cream is a minute walk away, Smugglers Cove mini golf, tons of restaurants, shopping, water sports, and much more! The kids already asked if we can come back next year (and we just checked out this morning!)

A Wonderful Time!

An AMAZING condo for sure! We knew it looked great in the photos but once we arrived we were blown away. The unit is so bright and open. Everything is wonderfully updated and looks like it`s out of a magazine. We had 7 people in our group (2 were children) and we had plenty of room. The balcony is great with a ton of space, nice seating, and really nice views of both the back channel and ocean. The beds were all extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were great. Each bedroom as well as the loft had nice large smart TV`s. The kitchen had pretty much any appliance and utensil that we needed. Parking is underneath and very convenient. The pool is a nice size and a short walk from the condo. There is a bathroom facility right at the pool. The nearest public beach access is just a short walk down the street and across. Home away from home!

Upon entering this condo the upgrades and attention to details steals your breath away. It looks just like the pictures with all nice furniture, decor, and location. We had two hiccups during our stay. When we arrived the AC was set at 80 so we lowered it to 73 but hours passed and it was still very warm and would not go down. The second night an AC tech was sent and immediately after the AC was working good. Honestly if it wasn’t for the fans we would not have survived the first two days. The second issue which was worst was that on our first night as everyone was going to bed we noticed the sheets were all full of hairs. It was about 10 pm if not we would have left. We took out all the sheets and at that time did laundry. We ended up going to sleep around 1 am but at least we had clean sheets. When we contacted Teeming Vacations they offered to send back the cleaners the next day and issue a credit which was a nice gesture. We declined the cleaners since we had washed the sheets already and disinfected the entire condo. Overall our vacation turned out amazing. The condo is great for a large family as everyone has their own space. We loved the loft to watch movies and hang out as others slept. The only down side is the stairs. It is four flights of stairs which get you tired even if fit. They killed us during check in and check out going back up and down. The beach is across the street and you have a nice view from the balcony of the beach and inter coastal. We have only been back one day and already miss it except the stairs. Clean, Up to Date Unit in a Great Area!

I interacted with Shannon and Kris from Teeming VR to book my vacation. They were incredibly helpful and answered questions quickly throughout my stay. I was surprised by how much there was to do in the immediate area - about 50 yards away are a handful of restaurants and and ice cream store. If you walk a little further, there is pretty much anything you would want to do. You really can`t beat the beach directly across the street! Would easily stay again. Beautiful beaches, clean, and close to everything!

Exactly as advertised! This place is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. Every room was huge, and appliances and furniture all looked brand new. The outdoor balcony area was also really big and has beautiful views of the ocean!! We had a wonderful trip enjoying the beaches (2 min walk) and bars nearby (Mahuffers is awesome!!) Super Bowl Weekend

I stayed at this property with a party of 4. It was extremely convenient to get to downtown tampa and St Pete’s. The condo was in excellent condition. We had a great time and I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to be close to the beach. About a 10 minute drive to the heart of clearwater. Great vacation

This property was great! Clean, comfortable & view of the ocean. The cross walk is just a block away for beach access. The two kids ages 8 & 9 LOVED the loft. Everything from beach towels, boggie boards, chairs etc was supplied. This was a very stress free vacation. Oh, a bed can make or break your trip, no worries, the beds were wonderful!! Didn’t Want to Leave!

We absolutely loved our stay, and it was the perfect layout for our family of four. The location was fantastic, and the unit was incredibly comfortable, very nicely decorated, well-appointed and spotless. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils/serveware/cookware. And having comfortable beds on vacation is key for us, and the beds fit the bill! Great trip!

The condo is great! Very clean and nicely furnished. My 9 &10 year old girls loved the loft space. We played a few of the games that were provided. The views from the deck are fantastic. We sat out there quite often. Very relaxing. The ocean is a short walk away. We frequented many of the restaurants nearby. Also ice cream. Close enough to walk. We spent lots of time in the pool. Intercoastal Condo – Awesome!
