The host was amazing from beginning to end. He was so helpful and answered immediately. We enjoyed the stay and so grateful that he was available. He gave great instructions and very flexible. The house is a bit outdated with the bedding but its ok, they enjoyed their time and we will stay again.

Disappointing! This house is not being maintained. The dishwasher did not work, the pet/child gate at the top of the stairs is falling apart, and the door knob fell off in our hand. There was no coffee maker and no barbecue pit. The beds and pillows were not comfortable.

Everything was exactly as described and perfect for our family and our pet. Had a wonderful time.

The house description & pictures are definitely not an accurate representation of the property as it currently is. The furniture has changed. The listing states there are two sofa beds and five beds; however, there are no sofa beds & four beds. The house was also not clean upon our arrival. There was food residue on the kitchen counters & appliances, & the nightstands were dirty with food & debris. The floors throughout the house were dirty, they had not been swept or mopped. There was also a strong foul odor throughout the house that smelled like marijuana very unpleasant. The dishwasher had dirty dishes left inside, & the dishwasher itself was disgusting and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The bathrooms were also dirty, hair on the toilets, counters, & bathtub. The owner did offer to have someone come back & clean the house. However, by that point, we had already carried all of our belongings into the house, including our dog, & did not want to go through the inconvenience of having someone come back. Overall, it was very disappointing to arrive and find that the property did not match the listing and was not properly cleaned, especially considering that a cleaning fee was charged. Guests should not have to pay a cleaning fee and then arrive to a property that requires them to clean it themselves. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again nor could we recommend this property to others. On positive note AC worked great and owner is very responsive.

Pictures are not at all what it looks like inside. Tons of dust and dog hair from other guests.Everything was old, looking and rusted. Only positive was the AC worked well
