Beautiful sunrises await as you enjoy endless water views either from your bed, sixty foot patio, 300 foot dock or almost every interior room. Paddleboard (we have 2), fish (bring your own pole or use one of ours) or swim with dolphins, manatees, pelicans and jumping fish from your private beach (on the Indian River-not the ocean) as you relax at your peaceful luxuriously private oasis in paradise. Enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over the river as dolphins frolic just feet away.

Just a short drive to the beach, Disney, USSSA Space Coast Complex, Kennedy Space Center and great waterfront restaurants. Super fast WIFI if you need to work during your stay! Only 5.6 miles to the beach.

Bring your boat and tie up to our dock or rent one from several popular boat rental spots nearby. Enjoy a night time bioluminescence tour or watch a space launch from our dock.

We have all the amenities you need to have a remarkable stay. All linens and towels are 100% cotton with high thread counts. Beach chairs, beach towels and a large raft for the kids are also provided as well as fully stocked chef's kitchen with spices, oils, teas, blender, margarita, wine and martini glasses. We try to think of everything to make your stay with us a memorable one.

Fantastic with Manatees We Have Not Seen Before

This is our 3rd year staying here and it was phenomenal as always. For the first time we have Manatees visit us on 2 different days and they stayed for hours. The fishing was particularly good with Ladyfish, Catfish, Puffer fish and others. Jeff is the consummate host. Can't wait until next year!

2ND TIME BACK

We really like this place it is clean, very well furnished, all the accessories you would need. The fishing is good and the dolphins came to play every morning while we were there. This is our second time and we will be back. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Property

This property is a must stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous with all of the extras! The house is fantastically furnished with high end furnishings, appliances, linens, and kitchen/restroom supplies. The view is amazing with dolphins playing in the bay every morning. The garage has beach toys, chairs, coolers, fishing poles, and long boards to borrow and enjoy. My family will most definitely return to this house! 10/10 recommend!

River Paradise

This property was just as described! Perfect location on the Indian River and a short drive to the USSSA Baseball Space Coast. We spent all of our free time on our private pier for fishing, dolphin, manatee & sting ray watching! We were able to see all the fireworks from the dock in all directions. This house has all the amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms. Even provided paddle boards and towels. Highly recommend Jeff’s house and can’t wait to book again.

Absolutely wonderful!

Loved our stay at Casamigos! Best vacation rental experience! The house was extremely clean and beautiful. Jeff was amazing, had great communication (we would have missed the ticket launch without him telling us), and had an abundance of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (not common in rentals). We loved seeing the dolphins every morning, the stingrays, the herons, and the jumping fish. It was also close to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and Orlando is only 50 minutes away. Would definitely love to come back when we are in the area!

Great house!

My husband and I loved the place. We had our two dogs with us and they enjoyed their stay as well. We will definitely book again if we come back to this area.

Fantastic as Always!

The property is exactly as described. Everything is top notch. Did a lot of fishing off the dock and had a lot of fun. Had nightly visits from a blue heron who seem to take particular interest in us. Vacation Paradise

The house is wonderful, great for a family vacation with or without pets, it's very relaxing and the views are fabulous. We saw dolphins daily swimming around and playing. I took one of the paddle boards out when it was sunny and it was fantastic just paddling around. The property is located central to everything from beaches and great restaurants and shops! We even spent an afternoon in Orlando and it was only 50 minutes away. Definitely will be coming back to stay. Thank you, Jeff!

Perfect Family Home to Relax at During our Sons Space Coast Tournament

Our family and dog enjoyed the beautiful morning sunrises before we headed off for the day to Space Coast. The house was a great location to the fields about 20 mins away. Great restaurants nearby, we enjoyed dinner on the water at Marker 99 and breakfast at Mulberry Lane Cafe. But our most favorite part was seeing the pelicans, ducks and dolphins in the mornings and fishing off the dock. Casamigos is beautiful, fully equipped, comfortable beds, our kids enjoyed playing basketball in the front driveway and Jeff was a great host! We hope to return again soon.

Relaxing Vacation

Great location for a relaxing stay. Beautiful home on water. Nature provides endless changing entertainment with dolphins, pelicans, water, sunrises and sunsets. Beautiful patio to relax on and have breakfast and dinner. We never left the property, except to grocery shop.

Beautiful waterfront property

I and the wife really enjoyed our stay here. The home and view are stunning with wild life. We got to watch the sunrise each morning and dolphins swim. Communication with Jeff during our stay was great and he responded quickly. You have to go and see it to appreciate this gem. We definitely will be marking this to be one of our favorite destinations. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful home on the water! Perfect place to watch fireworks!! The owner is very nice and helpful! He went above and beyond to compensate us for an issue we had. Will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice clean home on the water. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. My kids loved being able to walk down to the dock to fish, as well as go paddle boarding. We were happy to have found a nice place for a family vacation that also allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs with us. The home is a short drive to the beach with many stores and restaurants close by. Jeff was great with communicating, easy to contact and quick to respond. We definitely plan on staying again.

The home was newly built in 2021 and offers amazing breathtaking water views from almost every room. You can use 2 new paddleboards that you can launch from the private back yard beach or dock. Decorator furnished in stylish modern white leather and faux leather. The home is gated for privacy and security. Basketball net, beach chairs and nearby boat rental is available. There are 3 TV's- 75 inch in Living Room, 70 inch in Master Bedroom and 65 inch in Guest Bed Room - all have surround sound.

Home has a private beach on the Indian River which is perfect for swimming and paddle boarding (we have 2). Also, Tesla owners may use the Tesla charging station located in the 3 car garage.
