This property is our happy place. We have stayed numerous times. Carol is responsive & communicative with any questions. No detail has been overlooked here. The house is so clean and comfortable, kitchen has all the cooking tools you’ll need and the location is perfect. Always an excellent stay!

Location, location, location!! Secluded, but so close to town! This is our second stay at this property and will be booking our third soon! It is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great visit to Lake Placid.

Best Place to Stay in LP!

My family has stayed at this property several times now and it is our favorite place to stay in Lake Placid. It is close to everything the town has to offer, has amazing views, is perfectly decorated, and is clean, clean, clean. We love it!

Beautiful home, perfect location.

This house is one of the top places we’ve stayed on a hiking vacation. The cabin was spotless, and had everything you could need. Even a few dog toys which was too cute. 10 min from downtown Lake Placid and 10 minute to endless hiking. We got the snow we hoped for in the mountains! A large house for just my husband and I, plenty of hot water and a cozy fireplace. If you had a family with kids, this would be a wonderful house to stay. We hope to make I back in the future and would love to opportunity to stay here again!

Another great stay!

Lovely, well kept home just far enough off the beaten path. Perfect location for views and solitude. The owner, Carol, is very responsive, should assistance be needed. Never disappoints! Highly recommend!!

Fabulous view! Fabulous property!

This vacation home is just what we were looking for on our short trip to Lake Placid. Our friends from New Zealand were hoping to see some beautiful Adirondack scenery during their visit to the states, and this was the perfect place to stay. The home was exactly as described and communication with the host was excellent!

Great property!

This was the perfect property for our weekend in Lake Placid. The house was spotless! They need to give their cleaners a raise. The home was cozy and cutely decorated. We plan to come back and would definitely stay here again.

We decided to build a vacation rental on the property so vacationers can enjoy the sunsets and mountain views this property provides. Our house is located two lots down from this property, so we are accessible at all times

The Adirondack Loj Road has the best views in the Town of North Elba. We couldn't just buy this property and let it sit. We felt we needed to share it with other people.
