Overall, a great experience, despite some small negatives here and there. The location is superb, right in the middle of everything on Main St., and it's great for dining out, taking walks, and enjoying the holiday decor. The apt. is clean and cozy, the kitchen is very well equipped, and there is plenty of space, which made it worth choosing this over a hotel. Negatives: On the first day, the place was not warm enough. It was about 5 degrees outside, and you could feel it inside, to the point where my wife and kids had to cover themselves with blankets. It took a full day to warm it up. Second, while you do get a parking pass for a lot a block away, parking availability is not guaranteed. There are also signs that you can't park in that lot overnight on Tues, and there is no overnight street parking in LP. What is one supposed to do? I tried to contact the property owner through the app, but to this day, I don't have a response. I left my car on the lot, but when I went back at 7 AM, there was only one other car there, which tells me that others did obey the signs. No tickets received yet, so we'll see. Next - the apartment is right below a very popular popcorn store, same owner. If you stay in during the day, you WILL hear a lot of foot traffic. We got two free 1/2 gallon popcorn refills, which is a very sweet gesture, but when my son tried to use the second, he was told it would cost 5. Hm. Overall, great, and we'll absolutely do it again, but keep these in mind.
