Guest Access:

You will have the entire unit to yourself, including a private backyard!

1. Enter through the front door of the house with our keyless entry so that you can come and go as you please during your stay. As you walk through the front door you will be welcomed by the the perfect little kitchen a high top dining table. The living room is perfectly set up with a little desk if you need a place to work, a smart TV so that you can log into your steaming account and pick up right where you left off before your travels, and a plush sofa that doubles into a single bed in case you need a little more sleeping room! The master has a king bed and a Roku TV to kick back and relax to after your adventurous day. The other guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed for a peaceful night of sleep!

2. Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig. There is a large refrigerator with a freezer and a stovetop with oven as well for all your cooking needs.

3. Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea and creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks.

4. For your convenience, the bathroom is well stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.

5. For the Kiddos: We happily provide a high chair and pack n play for your little ones!

6. For those nights in or when you have time to spare, enjoy some games we have provided under the TV in the living rom!

7. Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
