Welcome to Casa Pura Vida, a relaxed modern 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located in the beautiful NatureWalk community. This spacious home is located across the street from woodlands and a picturesque pond and is surrounded by numerous bike and walking trails. Step through the front door to be greeted by the open living and dining areas as well as a well-appointed spacious kitchen. A king master suite is located on the first floor by the back porch. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor and include a Master King bedroom, a California King Bedroom, a bedroom with a Full bed, and an office which includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large desk. This home sleeps 10 comfortably. There is also a brand new pack n' play available and 4 desks for remote learners or workers.

Parking is available for 3 cars and there are additional parking spots on the street nearby.

NatureWalk 30A is in a prime location on Hwy 395 off of 30A, next to Watercolor and Seaside and surrounded by Point Washington State Forest. Explore the endless trails by bike or on foot.

NatureWalk 30A has a private path “Lilly Lane Beach Trail” to San Juan Avenue which has beach access. This path goes through the beautiful state forest which also surrounds NatureWalk 30A. Several additional beach accesses are also located along 30A within a mile. The beaches at Seaside or Watercolor, as well as Grayton Beach State Park are a short walk, bike ride or golf cart ride away.

NatureWalk’s “Gathering Place” boasts a large zero-entry pool, a heated lap pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables and chairs, a shaded kiddie pool, hammocks, playground, outdoor kitchen with gas grills, and gas fire pit for family enjoyment. You will also find volleyball courts, pickleball courts, basketball, and another playground nearby.

South Walton County boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: paddleboard rentals, kayak rentals, biking, paragliding, fishing, golfing, summer beginner surfing, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here on 30A.

The town of Seaside is one of the original communities along 30A. Being in a home next to Seaside is important as the town caters to people walking, biking or in a LSV. The town infuses old Florida charm into its first new Urbanist community. Seaside was named the “Best Beach on Earth” for families by Travel + Leisure magazine and is included in USA Today’s “Top 10 Best Beach Towns in Florida.”

The town is forever known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, Repertory Theater, spa, shops, restaurants and Seaside’s iconic tiny post office is one of the most photographed post offices in the world. Seaside offers yoga, movie nights and family friendly events throughout the year.

The WaterColor, Florida community begins across the street from the Naturewalk entrance on 395. It starts at the the Gulf of Mexico and wraps around Seaside to Naturewalk. Watercolor is a beach town with rich landscaping and incredible parks that blend perfectly into Northwest Florida’s natural scrub oak and palmetto. It is home to picturesque Western Lake, South Walton’s largest coastal dune lake. Both gravel and paved paths and bridges are throughout Watercolor, great for biking or walking. At Watercolor’s boathouse you can do stand up paddle-boarding, kayaking, or canoeing. Watercolor is also home to the James Beard award-winning restaurant, Fish Out of Water that has great food and amazing ocean views.

*This property is NOT AVAILABLE for rent to those under the age of 25.

*Do not ride bikes at night without a light on the front and back.

*This property is strictly non-smoking and no smoking is allow inside the home or anywhere on the property.

*Guests will be charged $150 for lost or missing pool pass and $150 for lost golf cart key. Please leave the pool pass and the key in the home upon departure.

*PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS: Guests who want to bring pets are required to send a picture of the pet with breed and weight and age prior to booking for approval. We require that your pet (dogs only) be completely potty trained. We prefer dogs older than 2 years old and under 35 lbs. Please do not leave pets unattended in the home and keep pets off the sofas. There is a one time non-refundable pet fee of $475 per pet as well as an additional $250 clean fee. While we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations, any damages that occur during your stay or if an additional cleaning is required, this will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $250.00. If you bring a pet without prior approval, there will be a $700 charge to card on file, in addition to any damages.

"Our Thanksgiving stay at Pura Vida was wonderful. We have 7 adults, so the large beds were perfect. The unit was fully furnished with all of the cookware and utensils needed to cook large meals. The golf cart ran like a charm and had fun lights that my grandson loved. Real Joy was wonderful to work with. They were timely with the information we needed, patient with my less-than-timely responses, and worked with us every step of the way. Highly recommend Pura Vida in Naturewalk!"

Beautiful house, Golf Cart not available, terrible management

First, the good: The home was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. The photos are accurate, it is very well maintained, decorated, and clean. Well stocked kitchen, in terms of appliances, pans, etc. Just know that there are zero food/spices/cooking spray. Not even salt/pepper. Second, the "meh": It is frustrating to spend a big chunk of money and not have a closet to hang clothes in the main master. The upstairs master bedroom closet was locked, owner's property. I've seen locked hall closets etc. in rentals in the past, but this is the first I've stayed in that locked the master closet, without any alternative. We had nowhere to hang our clothes, store our shoes, put away our suitcases. A dresser doesn't work for everything. Now the huge frustration of our stay. The listing says that the house comes with a "Moke", a cute golf cart. For us, this was the biggest factor in selecting this house over other similar ones. It was important to us, because the house is over a mile from the beach, and parking is problematic. When we arrived, (Saturday afternoon) the golf cart wasn't working. We called RealJoy Realty immediately, and were told a technician would be by in the morning to fix it, or get a replacement. That would have been fine, but that isn't what happened. Nobody called me back, so by mid-afternoon the next day I called them. This was just the beginning of a total run-around fiasco. I talked to 8-10 different people, trying to get resolution. I had to tell the story over and over. Once I was told that the listing didn't come with a golf cart (wrong). Once I was told that the HOA doesn't allow golf carts (also wrong). Often I was told someone was working on it and would call me back (also wrong.) I was assured that we would be refunded market value of the amenity that we were missing, for the days it was unavailable (didn't happen). I'm running out of characters so I'll sum it up. I spent hours on the phone Saturday through Tuesday, trying to get it resolved. We finally were given a rental Tuesday night. There wasn't a broom or vacuum, but lots of sand. When I called the realty company, they told me "there is a handheld vacuum in the laundry room". They actually suggested I vacuum the floors with a 2 inch wide Dustbuster! I told them it was absurd to have no way to clean the floors. Midweek, after three requests, they dropped off a broom and vacuum. The house is great, but if anything goes wrong, dealing with the agency is awful.
