Okay For Price

The property was okay for the price. A few things could be improved. We were unaware until check in the owner wanted the temperature kept @ 74. A little warm for us but we complied other than at night, which we needed it cooler to sleep. Every time we’d leave and return the thermostat would be set at 85. This would happen overnight too. The listing didn’t indicate the size of the bed, which was full size. Not really big enough for myself and my husband to sleep comfortably. There was a minimal amount of toilet paper so we had to go out and buy some. Lots of cracks one ceiling that could use some TlC. However as I previously mentioned it was okay for the price other than the previous listed concerns. It was a cute cozy little place. People were helpful and friendly.

CLASSLES AND INSULTING!!!

The Host did not know of my booking until I reached out to request the check in instructions. I only booked 10 not 30 due to suspicion. - I was not informed until AFTER booking they did not want the air lower than 74° Which should have been apparent in this NON REFUNDABLE listing. BASICALLY gave me no choice in my living conditions and what I am spending my money on. WHAT A SET UP! - The unit was smoldering upon entering. The unit smelled foul like old trash. There was trash and rat dripping everywhere as well as the bed being messy. - The unit has no mop or vacuum. - Someone tried to open the unit door through the garage about 4am after check in asking me who I am. (I was told via app "the owner" did not know the unit was rented.) - The tub backs up when I shower (which went ignored). - Rats run through the unit and walls at night and poop everywhere. They even came back and left droppings in the same EXACT places the cleaner and myself removed them from. (They have marked their territory) - I was given the wrong WiFi information but the WiFi was faulty and never stayed connected. I utilized my hotspot during the stay. - The woman I would encounter outside would make a nasty face whenever she would see me. By the third time I accepted she possibly did not like Muslim Women. - 6/4 around 2100. I was sitting in the living room in the unit and I could clearly hear a female having a negative conversation about me. - I was promised a partial refund which I never received.

Think Twice - Read Below

Property lists “Queen Bed” it’s NOT Its a “Double” Uncomfortable living room couch/futon combo had to be used for one of us to sleep on. Both faucets in shower bathroom tub, which leaked badly when turned on…meant scalding hot water spewing out when turning off.All lighting was overhead, no lamps for reading at night. Incorrect lockbox code numbers given to us, took six hours to get into apartment on arrival day. Incorrect WiFi code for iPhones and TV given to us took a few hours to be corrected.due to communication problems.
