Looking for a nice getaway for two ? This is a SUPER TINY 200 sq ft Cabin located in a peacful neighborhood between Loudonville and Perrysville. It has a full kitchen and bath (please note the hot water heater is really small so if you both want hot water, showers should be limited to 3 mins ). A spacious patio to relax and enjoy yourself around a campfire. Super close to the Mohican State Park mountian bike trail !! If climbing in and out of the loft makes you uncomfortable, the sofa features a pullout bed. It's 9 mins to Mohican Adventures. 8 mins to loudonville and 22 mins to Snow Trails. Popular amenities include stove,microwave, mini fridge,and hairdryer.

Full kitchen and bathroom and living space. Clean and stocked with an extremely nice back porch and back patio for campfires. Perfect and worth the money all the way around although the bedding situation is the only real downfall. The loft with the bed is quite cramped and the pullout couch isn’t really any better.

The cabin was really accommodating and cozy. It was a perfect place for my husband and I to get away from our daily grinds and reboot ourselves. Really had a very enjoyable stay and hope to visit again again in the future!!

Beautiful spot and amazing stay!

Amazing spot, you do have to cook outside on the grill most of the time because of the smoke alarm going off. But other than that it was an amazing stay.

Mini Cabin Max Relaxation

What a beautiful property and the nicest little cabin. The owner has placed thoughtful touches everywhere from the record collection to the fire pit supplies. The location is perfect to access everything in the Mohican State Park area. I can’t wait to stay again.
