Great Stay!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Lee’s place! This is our 5th year in a row staying at the Islander Villas and we love the fact that the area is dog friendly. The 4BR-4bth set up is perfect. We definitely will be coming back!

Great Birthday Trip

Our group had a great time at the beach. This property is well maintained and has everything in the Kitchen you could need. We had an issue with the dishwasher but, Lee immediately call a repairman and it was fixed before we left. Great property and great owner

Fantastic getaway

Great place to grandparents, daughter and her husband and four grandchildren to stay. Four bedrooms and baths were great and nice kitchen and large table for eight and family room all as a long open room made for fun interaction. A ten minute walk to the beach or you can drive to the Isle Beach Club and park. Both ways worked nicely. Two nice tennis courts and 2 basketball areas, which we used several times. In April, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves and played a lot of four square! Everyone had an absolutely wonderful time. I would highly recommend this condo and owner returned text questions right away.

Ten Stars!!

If I could give this unit 10 stars, I would! From start to finish, our party of 8 immensely enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. I loved the layout; my son's family occupied the front area with a King-sized bed in one room and two sets of bunk beds in the childrens rooms. Another son occupied the queen room, with the "elders" occupying the room with two full sized beds. We had plenty of room to spread out. The only thing that might be an issue for some is the lack of modern TVs. It wasn't an issue for us because we spent most of our time at the beach or the wonderful pool/tiki bar. We met several people there. Overall, it was a great experience. Mr. Muncy could not have been more helpful and kind. All the information that I asked of him was in the notebook which he provides, but he never asked if I'd bothered to access it. Thanks so much for your patience!

You will love this place and the location!!

We truly did enjoy our days at this beautiful condo!! It is so clean and well-cared for!! Great for families but even for just the 2 of us and our Labrador this time!! He had a fun time getting to meet other dogs walking in the neighborhood and on the beach!! We are grateful that Lee allows dogs in this condo!!! It was fun to be on the beach for a walk when it is winter as there were no more than 12 people out walking or biking! Just wish the weather had been less cloudy and rainy & cold!! Our last day was finally sunny & warmer!! Well, that is the first week of Feb....what is to be expected otherwise!! This condo was really really well equipped with everything we needed! Large decks on front and back & could even view the ocean from front and back decks if you went up to the next landing in back or around the corner on the front deck. Only is a 5 min. walk from the back of the addition where this condo is located over to the beach walkway! We loved the large bedroom sizes too and enough kit. table and breakfast bar seating for 10-12 people!! This place is so bright and cheery throughout!! We hope to stay again before long!!! 5 stars!!!

We were very happy with our stay. Condo was very clean, spacious, and accommodating. We were all very comfortable and able to relax, even the dogs. Communication was great and Lee was very thoughtful. We will certainly look into this location again in the future.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS

This condo is gorgeous, well equipped and the location is outstanding. Lee is very responsive to questions and great to work with. The elevator is also a nice amenity. No steps to walk up and down. We have already booked for next year.

A Delightful Stay

This is a well appointed villa with a fabulous porch to enjoy. Pet friendly is so nice with pet safe porch. Having 4 bedrooms with bathrooms is a very thoughtful design making it a very comfortable for private spaces. Owner has very accessible to answer specific questions

We really enjoyed our stay in OIB! Lee was fantastic with communications. The location is a short walk to beach access, which was perfect for us. Home

Some extended family and I stayed here when my brother got married. From check in to check out we had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and straightforward. Owner was extremely responsive and friendly when we had questions. Views from the balcony in the evening were beautiful. Walk to the beach took about 10 minutes at a leisurely stroll. And a quick 5 minute drive took us right to the restaurants. Overall we loved our trip and would love to come back!

Special Spring Break

Wonderful property owners make rentals such as this one as enjoyable as it was. The West end location is beautiful - a very short quick walk to the easy beach access. A cooler than expected spring break allowed us a lot of time on the basketball and tennis courts! The corner lot this units building sits on allows for a private and quiet stay. The units space was wonderful for a family with young kids and a sweet puppy. The owners excel in communication and making their guests stay as easy and relaxing as possible. A wonderful spring break get away for us!
