Comfortably sleeping thirteen, the Chic Shack is a multi-generational, contemporary style home with an open concept, elegant beach design. Steps from the kitchen and family room is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or riding the bikes exploring. Whether its grilling or relaxing by the private pool there is plenty of space to lounge and unwind.

ABOUT THE AREA: Only one block from the sugar sand beaches and emerald sea, this stunning new home in Panama City Beach, is all that you'll need. Close to shops, restaurants, outdoor activities, and Pier Park, you're not far from all that you seek.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

We love this home, you will too.

This was our third stay! Highly recommend getting a golf cart, Hollie can help with that. The beach is close but a cart makes it so much easier. We love the home, it's always perfectly clean, equipped very well and the pool is where we lived and spent all our time together. ITS AMAZING! The best fence ed in back yard. We will be back in March!

Great location, beautiful property, great managers!

Great location, beautiful property, great mangers! this property was perfect for our family (8 people) get together. House was spotless, had plenty of room, a great outdoor space with a perfect size pool, and was located to fairly close to most of the things we wanted to see and do. Breanna and Hollie were very responsive and answered all questions quickly and helped us set up a dolphin tour. Thanks for a great stay!

I would definitely reserve this place again.

My family of 4 married professional couples enjoyed the master suites. My grandees loved the girls bunk room & boys Queen beds. All enjoyed the ambiance of the pool and seating area. I really loved the lighting on the fence. I would definitely reserve this place again. We were even telling a few friends to rent the house next to us!!

Amazing house, location and host communication

We stayed here with 6 adults and 4 children (ages 4-10) and the house had the perfect layout for us. We put the kids upstairs and they had their own hangout space, which they loved. The kitchen is very open and multiple people could be in there and it didn't feel crowded. We loved being able to walk to the beach and golf cart to meals. 30a Beach Gils had the best communication we've ever had through a vacation rental home. We were all highly impressed with this property! Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay at the Chic Shack

My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids, spouses and grandkids, a total of 13 of us. The accommodations were perfect for our group and the home was clean, well-appointed and well-supplied. The bikes and golf cart were really helpful. We had a couple of minor requests which were handled expeditiously by management. Our stay could not have been better. If you stay in PCB, be sure and have Mr Hibachi prepare a meal for you at your home. You won’t be disappointed!

Disappointed

For my family, our major criteria was to choose a property with a heated pool because I was traveling with my 4 young grand children in late October. I had even requested the pool be heated days in advance and when we arrived the pool heater didn’t work. This was a huge disappointment; and, as of now we have not been compensated for this inconvenience. The management company was very responsive, however did not solve our pool issue. Two of the largest bedrooms have no storage for clothing, no closets and no drawers. The dryer does not dry, the freezer does not completely freeze and the icemaker makes approximately 20 ice cubes daily. This house would be great for a bunch of college students. The yard & pool would be lovely in the summer. The kitchen is very well equipped

Lovely beach getaway with 30a beach girls!

Lovely beach getaway! Our home was awesome...so was the pool and golf cart! It was super clean, well-appointed and very close to all of the attractions we wanted to see. Great Home.

The beach just down the street. Everyone was able to do what they wanted as far as renting paddle boards or kayaks. House was clean and had lots of room. Pool was enjoyed by all. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming! We will definitely be back to enjoy Panama City Beach and look forward to staying here again.

Perfect 5 star stay!

Property management was great. Very responsive to any issues we had. Our biggest problem was getting the pool to a swimable temperature the first night. It was cold not the pools fault. Rest of the trip it was perfect. The backyard was amazing! The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. House was spotless. Hollie and Joy were great to deal with.

Amazing!! Friends vacation!!

The home was amazing! it was stocked better than any home we have ever rented for vacation and this was our 19th trip to PCB. The rooms was spacious clean and all the beds slept great. The kitchen was great and the communications was easy and understandable. We will definitely keep this house and the 30A Beach girls in our contacts for future rentals!!

A beautiful home in paradise!

30a beach girls and this home are wonderful! When we first got there literally everyone said "Whoa!" An easy experience overall and I was able to book it stress free. New companies that I haven't experienced before makes me a little nervous due to some internet stories but this was about as easy as it gets. This trip was especially important to me as it was my turn to plan it and I was quite nervous. As soon as we arrived, a huge weight was lifted and everyone told me how great I did!. Summary. A wonderful trip full of bike riding, walking the beach, shopping, chilling out at the house. Everyone had a wonderful time and there was plenty of room. What more could you ask for! More about the house. The pictures on here don't do it justice. The bedrooms are all spacious and the common area is large and doesn't feel crowded at all. Amazing! The house is close to everywhere you want to be. The backyard and pool are spectacular and the patio is perfectly placed with so much entertaining room. Parking? No problem. We had 3 cars there and didn't even use the whole space. 30a beacah girls communicates very well and answered all our questions. We had a couple bugs in the kitchen, we did have the patio door open, they sent pest control over a few hours later. They also sent us numerous recommendations for activities and restaurants. Best part was their assistance with our celebration. They went all out!! Bottom line. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that is thinking about it. I hope to stay there again! ~ Amanda

Birthday, holiday, family gathering. This is the place and the company!!

I celebrated my 60th Birthday and holiday with my kids at this rental and it was absolutely MAGICAL! The home is more beautiful in person, than in pictures! You won't be disappointed. It definitely met all our expectations. Perfect location for our celebrations, and central to many attractions, restaurants, and activities! I will definitely be returning. Communication was top notch with Daisy and Hollie. They decorated for our birthday dinner than came back and took it all down while we prepped for the holiday.
