Perfect for family and friends

The property is great if you have a bunch of people - the bunk bed room was perfect. Overall, we had a very nice time staying here and Alan was super helpful!

Great Spot

Had a great time staying the weekend at Alan’s place. Very clean, and fit all 9 of us very comfortably. Would definitely come again, highly recommend!

Great stay

Alan was very quick to respond to questions and requests. My friends and I enjoyed his property as it fit us all comfortably. House was clean and in close proximity to the beach.

Amazing house

This house was perfect for our weekend! All the amenities made the experience so efficient, it really felt like a home away from home. Everyone had a great time and it’s all thanks to this house. Amazing!

Excellent place to stay.

Our group of 16 just stayed at Alan’s Bradley Beach House and our entire group can’t say enough great things! The house not only comfortably accommodated our entire group, but it is also close to belmar, asbury park, Avon… Our group enjoyed the back patio, outdoor shower (has hot and cold water!), the huge backyard and the gas-grill! The house came stocked with everything we needed for our stay from beach chairs, to a beach wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, and bath towels. He even provided (6) beach passes for the group so that saved us some money as well! The house is a comfortable 10 minutes walk to the beach, which is a super-clean beach! We can’t wait to stay with Alan @ his Bradley beach house again in the future. We wished we could even come again this season for 4th of July weekend but he’s already booked up-don’t sleep on this one! Book here if you can!

Great house for beach weekend

Stayed here for a weekend with several friends. Host was very responsive and quick to address questions. Beach chairs and tags that came with the house were much appreciated. House was very clean and had all necessary supplies. I will note that while the listing states that it is for the entire house, I discovered after booking, by reviewing the house’s airbnb listing and clarifying with the host, that this listing (at the time I rented) is not for the full house. There is a basement unit in this home not included this listing that costs additional to rent. The host was very responsive to my questions about it and helped resolve my concerns. Additionally, while there is a reference to cornhole in this listing, you do not get access to the cornhole unless you rent the additional basement unit. Lastly, it may be helpful to know this house is right next to the train tracks which periodically causes significant noise until midnight-1am and starts again early the next morning. White noise machines are provided. Overall it was a very fun stay with some minor concerns, and the host was very pleasant.
