Property was perfect for couple and fur babies. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We have family in Bryson, and the courtyard was perfect for a family visit. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

Property was nice and in walking distance to downtown and the train. We had a hiccup when on the second day, the gate lock broke. However one call had the maintenance there within 15 minutes. One wish list item was a clothes closet but since there wasn't any room, an extra hook in the bathroom would be appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

We really did enjoy our stay. The proximity to the downtown area and the train station was definitely a plus. The unit was the perfect size for us and the enclosed compound was a nice touch. There were, however, a few items that detracted from the otherwise great experience. I appreciate the locked entry, but the access system needs some work. The keypad is small and awkward to manipulate making it a little frustrating to open. I think the idea was that when the pad is opened the attached wire pulls the latch to open the gate, but it doesn't, so you have to reach into the keybox and manually pull the wire. Not a real good first impression. The other items concern our loft itself. The HVAC did not operate properly the entire time we were there. I could get the unit to turn on, but it never would get above a faint breeze and would not cool the unit properly. I left it running all day while we were in town and when we returned, it was still hot. At night we had to open windows and get the fan out of the closet to keep from sweating. The other problem was the ring of mold around the shower. Really ! Walking into a bathroom and seeing a ring of mold around the shower, again, is a terrible first impression. There is no excuse for this. If they are using a cleaning service, they need to fire them.
