The Space:

This condo provides easy access to a hot tub and pool. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds from the outside patio area that features a rustic, wooden foundation and a table with several patio chairs.



The beach is only a short walk away from your vacation home and you'll find fishing spots near the lagoons. Tennis courts are available near the resort as well, and there are many golf courses within a 10-mile range. A picnic table and gas grills are available on the property for hosting barbecues.



This rental has plenty of seating around the flatscreen cable TV in the living space. Another flatscreen television is available in both the master and guest bedrooms. In the modern kitchen area, there is a stainless-steel fridge, stove, and all the essentials you're used to. The dining area has a modern table with four chairs. A tub and shower combination is equipped in each bathroom, and free WiFi is available throughout the villa.

We loved everything about where we stayed. The kitchen has everything you needed to cook a meal. 10 min walk to the beach was nice. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Hilton Head.

Excellent Location

Excellent location near the local restaurants and shopping. The rental was very clean and a full kitchen!! It was supplied with all the kitchen items we needed to prepare a wonderful dinner. A 5 star stay!!

Great vacation home!

The house was in a perfect location. It was nice and quiet and a 3 minute bike ride to the beach. The location is central to everything and easy to bike everywhere. The house was beautiful and had amenities for cooking that made it convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Value!!

Good unit overall. For the price this was a great stay. It is a little dated, but everything worked (except the vacuum). Pretty clean overall, and the location is pretty good.

Comfortable, clean and great location. We love Shipyard. Easy access to the beach. Half mile walk on bike on bike path. We loved the keyless entry.

The house was on the golf course and set back where it is nice and quiet. It was a short bike ride to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed when cooking.

Great Location

I have never stayed on one of the private gated communities on HHI and this did not disappoint. Our condo was on the second floor and it was easy to access. Very quick walk to the beach and easy to access restaurants, etc outside of the community. Would stay here again.

Pedal Hilton Head Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at 204 Colonnade. The property was very clean and everything was as advertised. Hilton Head is very quiet in November, we felt at times like we had the whole place to ourselves. A nice place to visit in comfortable conditions for a short cycling holiday.
