Enjoy your morning coffee on your balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Relax by the community (shared) pool. When you are ready for some white sand and surf, the beach is a 5 minute walk or very short drive (free access and parking). Ready for fine dining and nightlife? Fort Walton Beach and Destin are both close by with many amazing dining and entertainment options.

With three bedrooms, a bonus room with a twin over full bunk bed and 2.5 bathrooms, there are beds for up to seven people. This two-story townhome features two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds as well as one full bathroom on the first floor. The living area, bedroom with queen bed with attached full bathroom, bonus room with one twin bed and a half bathrooms on the second floor. This thoughtful layout allows for adult privacy with the older children downstairs and, for peace of mind, the younger children upstairs.

Sea Life was wonderful! The house is beautiful, the view from the balcony is gorgeous and all the accommodations we needed were available. Communicating with the host was easy and she was very responsive. The house is in a great location.

We were incredibly lucky to find this townhouse on such short notice, and it turned out to be an absolute gem. The host (Stephanie) was extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our check‑in smooth and stress free. We can’t thank her enough! The home was immaculate, very well maintained, and had stunning views that made our stay even better. I’m very particular about cleanliness and accommodations, and this property truly exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

We loved our stay at this property!I will admit that we did not get off to a great start. I was looking forward to being able to use the dock that is pictured in the property pictures and description but I learned that it is strictly off limits to guests which was a big disappointment.But sitting on the balcony watching boat traffic, seeing dolphins and other fish was very relaxing.The property is less than a 5 minute walk to a beach access and within 2-3 minute drive of fantastic parking areas for beach access between FWB and Destin. Those beaches were nearly empty and did not have restrictions on bringing EZ Up covers, etc.The property was very clean. The only reason I rated it 4 out of 5 stars was that the grout in the master shower (which is impossible to clean well) needed a little bit of attention. Everything else was very clean.My favorite thing about the property was that I felt like I was at home. The owner keeps shampoo and conditioner in all of the showers, handsoap and lotion by all of the sinks, etc., The pantry was stocked with common seasoning you would use for cooking. They provided paper towels and toilet paper...Other VRBO's have provided 1 roll of toilet paper and you had to go shopping if you used that! They provided dish soap, dishwasher tablets, etc.,ALL very much appreciated.Finally the host was great to deal with. She gave recommendations on restaurants, places to go, etc., Would definitely stay there again! Location is A

Absolutely Awesome!

This place was exactly as described! Everything was great! We had a few things come up that could not be helped and the owners were amazing! They were so easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful in every way!! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone going to this area! Sealife is good house

Sealife is Good House was amazing!! House was just like the pictures! Beautiful! They thought of everything you could possibly need on a beach vacation and had it there for us to enjoy. Communication leading up to our stay and thru our week stay was great. If we ever vacation this way again, this will be where we come back to!

SEALIFE IS GOOD

Amazing property!! We loved the wonderful view every morning. Walking to the beach with the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon that was provided was awesome! The owner has thought of everything to make it so welcoming. Stewby's and Ali's Italian is our favorite places to eat. The fireworks on Wed. night at the Pier is definitely a must. Our family will for sure be coming back to "Sealife is Good"!!

Sealife is fantastic

No such thing as perfection but this property comes very close! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching all the ships & boats coming through the water way. The walk to the beautiful beach was a 10 min walk. All the extra thoughtful details that the owners add throughout the home is welcoming and appreciative. It’s more roomy than what you think. My family of 5 fit very comfortably.

Bluefish Fort Walton Townhome

This property was perfect for our family of four in town for a week long baseball tournament. Plenty of room and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything you would need to eat a family meal. Plenty of linens, towels, etc. The back patio overlooks a dock which was fun to watch the boats go by from. Having a garage was great since we had baseball gear. The beach was a short walk away. We have nothing but positive things to say about this place. We would recommend to our friends/family and would stay there again if back in the area.

Everything you need is here at this beautiful and upscale townhome

This place is beautiful, full of amenities, spacious and spotless! We enjoyed watching the calm water and activities from the balcony, relaxing at the spacious living room and kitchen island, and my teenage daughters having their private quarters on the first floor. Lots of windows letting natural light in. There is one smaller room on the second floor with no window and it turned out to be a perfect quiet spot for a work zoom meeting. We did not encounter any loud neighbors and the entire stay was really relaxing. The beach access is an easy walk about two blocks down the Santa Rosa Boulevard. We grabbed beach towels and the 3 boogie boards provided by the host, walked over to the beach many times during our stay and had a blast every time. This townhome is absolutely wonderful and our host Stephanie responds quickly when we had questions. We will definitely book this place again when we come to Okaloosa Island!
