When it’s time to head out, you’re minutes from the theme parks, I-Drive, shopping, golf, and state parks. But with so many onsite amenities - including pools, hot tubs, a splash pad, tennis, basketball, and a game room - you may want to stay close to home. After a fun day out, return to relax in the central AC before dinner. There’s an onsite restaurant, and lots of shared charcoal grilling stations if you feel like a family cookout. Watch some TV before bed or upload the day’s pics to social media with the free, high-speed WiFi. Outdoor parking is available at no charge.
Motorcycles are permitted but may not remain on a trailer.
Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
