Excellent to stay

The house is very spacious and clean all around. There is no condiments basics for cooking so make sure to bring everything (salt, oil etc.) but all pots/pans and utensils are there. It’s not the end of the world, though, but just be aware. I would stay here again! The hosts are very easy to reach and responsive too.

Relaxing getaway

Loved the pool area, but would have liked being a little closer to it. Loved big screen TV in living room but hated that I couldn’t watch network channels, only news channels. Book said it was an owner thing. Our friends could watch network channels at their townhouse. King bed should be in main floor bedroom. Generally clean but noticed a lot of stains on walls. Furniture very comfortable and well maintained.

Overall good experience

The check in and out process was easy and seamless. The property had a lot of great things for kids and the pools were great. The townhome was very spacious and had almost everything we needed. The master bath does not get hot at all. Ended up using the upstairs hallway bathroom to avoid lukewarm showers. Also the mold on the window was slightly disappointing. The washer didn't work and due to unforeseen circumstances wasn't able to be fixed during our stay which was a selling point upon booking. Ended up having to go to a laundromat because we did not pack enough for an entire week as we thought we would have those amenities available to us.

Hi, Mandy. Thanks for your review. As you know, prior to and upon your arrival, we advised that the washer was scheduled to be serviced. You agreed to the date and time for it to be done. As you well know when the technician arrived at the agreed time, we were shocked to find a dog was left in the home unattended. The technician could not complete the service hence the unavailability of the washer. It is also to be noted that the site for my home says clearly, "Pets not allowed" Only by specific agreement is this done . You did not advise of a dog being loose in the home. Had it not been for the need to service the washer we would not have realised that a dog was allowed in the home. In fact, because of this, I incurred increased costs as I had to pay extra to have the entire home deep cleaned and had to pay for the next guest to stay at another home due to the length of time and unplanned nature of the deep cleaning being done. I responded to every communication from you and both the Propery Manager and I contacted you, at no time did you advise about not getting hot water in the master bath. After you left, based on your note, we checked three times during the day, and there was hot water in the master bath each time. Thanks for your being willing to assist with the cost we had to pay the technical for his coming and unable to work. We are always cautious to ensure our guests have a great stay. Thanks for choosing us, and I hope you enjoyed your time in Florida.
