This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you need for your next Sunriver Getaway.

Main living room is a cozy space for playing family games and has a fireplace, TV and DVD player. You will find a spacious, remodeled kitchen, perfect for preparing a family meal or entertain in the open kitchen/family room design with seating for up to 12.

Downstairs you'll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and attached full bathroom.

Head upstairs where you will find a loft area to cozy up with a book, and two additional bedrooms. Bedroom one is a queen bedroom, bedroom 2 has two twin bunk beds. There is a shared full bathroom here.

There is a large mud room, and a washer and dryer to make sure you have all of the comforts of home. This home has two portable AC units (1 for upstairs, 1 for downstairs).

The backyard is really the star of the show here. Enjoy the flagstone paved patio and grassy area for an afternoon BBQ or jump in the private hot tub after a long day of adventuring in Sunriver.
