This townhouse is a 5 minute walk to SHARC and the Sunriver Village (shopping/food/brewery/bike rentals etc!). SHARC boasts outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river, splash pads and much more for outdoor enjoyment with a snack shack and adult dinks available for purchase.

Besides SHARC, year-round fun is found around every corner of this resort! Snow sports in the winter and everything from fly-fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, biking, horseback riding, canoeing, SUP-ing and swimming in the summer will keep everyone happily entertained. Mt Bachelor is only a 20 minute drive. Bend, OR is a 15 minute drive.

Our fully furnished kitchen comes with everything you need to cook up tasty meals. Brand new cooking stove and dishwasher. We also have a microwave and coffee maker. The living room offers 2 large sofas and a recliner and flat screen TV for you to relax and sink into while warming up next to the wood fireplace. High speed Wifi is provided for your convenience as well as Amazon TV . Log into your favorite apps. Bedroom TV is a fire stick and you can log into your favorite apps.

There are three bedrooms. 2 are downstairs and 1 loft bedroom upstairs. The king downstairs has its own flat screen TV and the bathroom is attached with a privacy door…another door from hallway for others to use too. The king loft bedroom upstairs has a private bathroom. The third bedroom is downstairs and has twin beds and a bathroom just down the hallway. All bedrooms have nightstands, and closets with hangers for you to move your belongings right in and make yourself at home! A washer and dryer are available for use.

There is a kid gate at the beginningof the upstairs for safety.

Our home is kid friendly with lots of room. The private neighborhood has very low traffic and is great for kids to explore and ride their bikes around the loop. We have a pack 'n play in the closet.

Please be aware there is NOT AC in this Meadow house. There are fans for every room and a ceiling fan. The nights stay quite cool year round and can cool off the house quickly with screen doors in living room and bedroom and screen windows. Call Danielle 541-880-6115 for questions

Excellent house!

We enjoyed the house and it was very comfortable and totally accommodated our needs. Also the location and proximity to everything was super convenient! The owner was very responsive whenever anything came up.

Great experience

Comfortable and quiet location within walking distance of the Village. Danielle was very kind and hospitable as well as attentive and considerate. We all had a very enjoyable experience.

Good location

Served us well. Location within walking distance of practically everything. Contained all the stuff we needed for a comfortable stay.

A good experience

The house is very cozy with comfy beds. It was well stocked with everything you could need. The only thing that my group was uncomfortable about is there’s blinds missing in the living room. It was awkward having another family that was staying in another house. Standing there and looking in. Other than that it was a wonderful home to stay in.

Sunriver vacation

The house was perfect. The host is great and responsive. The location of the house is perfect. Sunriver is a great get away and filled with things to do without leaving the community. Fun for all, adults and children.

New Years stay

We enjoyed our stay.The home was clean. It was listed as 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Should be listed as 2 bedrooms and a loft. The front door is heavy and hard to open. A handrail for the stairs to the loft would be a nice addition. It’s in walking distance to all the services.

House was in disrepair. Kitchen faucet sprayed you every time you used it. There was food under the sofa in the living room and sofa was badly torn. No soap or hand towels in the master bathroom upstairs. BBQ grill was caked with food and mold. Front porch has been removed, leaving just the concrete pads and dirt and making it a tripping hazard when going out the front door.

Would not recommend this location.

6 sharc passes were advertised and not available when we got there. Host said they were never advertised. Leak from upstairs shower into kitchen, no response from owner about leak. damaged deck, saw a year old review about that damaged deck. Unflushed toilet upon arrival. Bandage and bottle cap on living room floor. Bike tires flat and too old to pump up.

Lack of Attention to Detail

The location, beds, cleanliness, and kitchen equipment were all very good. The check-in process was awful because the host gave us the wrong code and was then difficult to reach. We were surprised that we could not stream on the TV because streaming was locked with a pin! The weather was great and we would have loved to be able to eat outside, but there is no patio table on the deck. The deck itself is unsafe with loose boards and screwheads sticking up. Another safety issue is the lack of a handrail on the stairs to the second floor. We will not be staying here again.
