The home comes fully stocked, KitchenAid appliances, Living/Dining furniture, and deck furniture. 1,825sf of lakefront decking over 3 levels! Relax lakeside on the lowest level with bench seating & firepit. Enjoy your morning coffee on the 3rd level with peekaboo views of the Gulf. When not at the beach, enjoy paddling around the lake & fishing since the home comes with kayaks, canoes, & paddle boats. Record size bass and brim in this lake! On the other side of the lake is a bar/restaurant; walk or paddle to it if you don't feel like cooking. The Gameroom is perfect for those rainy Florida days. Unlike many vacation rentals, this place has plenty of parking! Lots of driveway space. Plenty of off-street parking is definitely a bonus.
