"The Blue Pete" - a beautiful luxury home located in the exclusive custom home section of the private and serene Pointe West Community. This beachfront, vacation home is ready for making memories and is THE closest front row beach home to the Pointe West Beach Club allowing you to be pool or beachside within minutes.

Offering over 3500 sq. feet of living space, with 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bath. The main living area offers a open floor plan that connects the living, dining, & kitchen together. Soak in the direct gulf views from the living area or walk out onto the spacious balcony overlooking the gulf. There is a huge downstairs shaded entertainment space with built in bar. Perfect for hosting, grilling, playing cornhole or watching the kids enjoy the outdoor yard space. Post your vacation fun on social media with high-speed internet or relax on the sofa and enjoy a movie. In the cooler months, relax with a glass of wine or a best seller by the fireplace. Hungry? Get ready to be the family chef in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Dine indoors or al fresco!

Accommodating 15 guests with a king bed in the En-suite master, a queen bed in guest rooms 2, 3 & 4 and the 5th bedroom offers fun bunks for the kids, (1 set is a twin over a full, the other a twin over twin). All bedrooms have a smart TV except the bunk room. In addition, there is a Flex room offering a full-size futon bed & a queen air mattress.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our beach, by far the best on the island! You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston attractions.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Check out: 11 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
