The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Wash, dry and return all kitchen items and appliances to their cabinets and drawers. The dishwasher should be empty. Empty the refrigerator. Clean the microwave and coffee carafe.

Remove trash liners from the kitchen and bathroom trash cans and place them in the dumpster in the parking lot. Lock the sliding glass doors (lock lever in the ‘up’ position.

Turn off all lights and lock the door. Return the Registration Pack to the front desk.

Beach getaway

Very nice 2 bedroom. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to eat in. Great access to the beach and pools. Very nice and relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful time at the property! The condo was exactly as described and the grounds were great for the 12 year olds with us. Brian was a great communicator and very timely in responses. I'd definitely recommend this unit!

Great location!

Brian’s place was the perfect location for our beach vacation. The beds were comfortable (which can be iffy in rentals), and the house was stocked with what we needed. We loved having a washer/dryer in the unit so we didn’t have to pack as much. We would definitely stay again.

Vacation with family and friends

We stayed here with family and had friends in other units. This was our second time in this unit. Brian updated it since the last stay. The location is excellent and updates are great. It’s better than the pictures. Will stay again!

Great condo with easy access to resort amenities.

The location of this condo is great. You’re close to both indoor and outdoor pools, onsite gas grills, elevator, and the boardwalk to the beach. It was roomier than other condo we have stayed at this complex with a nice layout. My only issue was the with dune and vegetation between you and the beach the view wasn’t the greatest but with how close you were to the boardwalk it didn’t really matter.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a great location…very close to the beach and indoor/outdoor pool. Our only minor complaint is the lack of curtains. It was very bright in the morning.

Nice place.

This condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was also close to the inside hot tub, which was very nice. The only drawback was that the TVs were not “Smart TVs” and could not “link” us with out streaming services.
