Great place near the beach

Spent 4 weeks and had a great time. The place was very clean and well equipped. Loved that the beach was a 2 minute walk away. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect weekend stay.

I was in town for a wedding nearby and the location of the property was perfect. Was close enough to restaurants to pick up food when needed and easy to get Ubers. Beach is super close! Property is great with 3 full bedrooms and well stocked. A perfect place for our weekend stay!

Perfect Villa, Perfect Host

We had an excellent stay at Steve’s property. Villa had a pool, was walking distance to the beach, was very clean when we checked in, and plenty spacious for 3 couples (huge plus that each bedroom had a bathroom!) Steve was a quick communicator and we would stay at his property again!

Bungalow

We had a wonderful time in the Atlantic Beach bungalow. Having 3 bathrooms was great! Steve was very responsive to any questions we had. Neighbors in the other bungalows were also super nice and friendly. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. Rarely moved our cars. Hope to stay against n soon.

Great Unit in a Great Location

The unit was well stocked with all of the essentials and provided plenty of space for a family of 5. The location was ideal, with easy access to multiple restaurants, shops and Morehead. The beach is right across the street and you can view the ocean directly from the kitchen. The owner was easily accessible and provided ample descriptions/instructions. Would recommend.

Go, you will not be disappointed

Exceptional from check-in to check-out. Unit 8 is a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfortable and everything you could need was provided. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. One of the best VRBO experiences ever. Thanks Steve!

Great winter get away!

Very cozy, unique and memorable. Cool cluster of cottages perfect for groups/families that want to be close but not TOO close. Right in the heart of Atlantic Beach. Short walk to the beach, a great breakfast restaurant and a few pubs for nighttime relaxation. Owner was very responsive to the questions/requests we had. Delightful weekend!

Great location

Cool place very conveniently located just across the bridge. Easy walk to beach & Four Corners Diner, which was awesome! Place is well stocked & equipped with plenty of dishes, cooking items, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels, even K-cups for coffee! Bathrooms have towels, soaps & washer/dryer supplied with washer tabs & dryer sheets. Comfortable beds & efficient use of the space inside the unit. Would stay again if in the area. 😊

Such a Treat!

My friend and I planned on going to Atlantic Beach for a girls trip to end 2023. She had never stayed in a Vrbo before so I was a little nervous it would not meet her standards, however it was perfect! The space was very clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The owner sent us the check-in information a few weeks ahead of time which was wonderful. The expectations for check-out were clear and reasonable. 12/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a fun one-of-a-kind place to relax.

Nice place

We love this location.This was the 3rd time we've stayed at the bungalos, 2nd time from this property owner, so we knew what to expect. Everything was clean and well stocked. Pool was nice and the entire grove was enjoyable. We would definitely come back (a 4th time).

Awesome location!

Very accurate listing. The property is in excellent condition and very comfortable. Great size for 4-6 people. We only had 3, so had lots of extra room. Everything you need to enjoy your time is included. Just bring clothes and food. The best part is the location. There is so much to walk to. We only drove to dinner one night because we wanted to eat at Amos Mosquitoes, a popular local favorite. However, there is great food for all meals within a very short walk, including The Bite at the Box right across the parking lot, which we hit every day for something. Great food, friendly, and very reasonable. The property owner is also very welcoming and has great communication. Every question was answered before we asked it, and the check in process was a breeze. Would definitely rent this property again!

Absolute Gem!

Owner was very quick to respond, property had everything we needed. Favorite parts* cold ac, shower had great water pressure, bed was comfy, and keurig made great coffee. Been traveling to AB for 30 years and this was the best rental experience I’ve had.

I was born in Manhattan, New York, and was adopted by Bruce and Nancy Gillooly when I was four years old. Later, in the 5th grade, my family relocated to Cary, North Carolina. During my high school years, I served as the class president at Cary High School in 1987.

My pursuit of education led me to Louisburg College and NC State University, where I focused on studying Business Administration. Over the course of more than three decades, I have gained over 38 years of valuable experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, overseeing a diverse portfolio of companies.

My entrepreneurial journey began with the development and marketing of a fire-retardant product called Flame No More. Remarkably, even as a high school student, I successfully secured an investor to finance the product testing for the prestigious Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) Seal of Approval. Subsequently, I ventured into the nightlife industry, establishing one of Raleigh, NC's largest college nightclubs.

Concurrently, I founded Capital Style Luxury Transportation, Inc. in Cary, NC, which, under my leadership, earned recognition as North Carolina's largest ground transportation company for three consecutive years by the National Limousine Association Magazine. Operating a fleet of 33 vehicles, Capital Style provided ground transportation for over a quarter of a million people annually. I also served as the President of the NC Limousine Association in 2004 and 2005.

In June 2005, I completed the sale of Capital Style Luxury Transportation. I am the proud owner and operator of my own real estate firm, Gillooly & Associates Realty, LLC. My real estate endeavors include a dedicated real estate development company, Milan Realty, LLC, which specializes in residential, commercial, and office developments throughout North Carolina.

My passion and expertise lie in entrepreneurship, making it an integral part of my life's journey.
