There are 4 bedrooms plus an office, a fenced private yard with massive deck, solo stove fire pit area, and kamado joe smoker/grill available for guest use. Perfect for families or small groups looking for a luxury retreat in comfort in the best location in Nashville.

There is one king, one queen, two bunk beds and a playroom that can remain a playroom or we have a double bed. This is up to guest to specify and is flexible. There are also two additional mattresses in the bunk room for additional sleeping. Currently home is set up to sleep 6 with flexibility up to 10 or 12.
