Wonderful stay at a wonderful property

Excellent rental. Good location, easy to access. Interior is spectacular. Plenty of space for sleeping arrangements and wonderful space to host for a great family trip!

Great place for weekend stay

Great property and close to everything, visit to downtown, the Gulch, mid town, and a nice walk to the park. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great spot close to downtown!

We had a large group and we had plenty of room! Close to downtown (10 min Uber ride). Place was very clean and well kept! Highly recommend it!

30 Year Reunion

We chose Nashville to celebrate our 30 year reunion as sorority sisters! We had an amazing time, and the accommodations definitely took it over the top. We were very pleased with the proximity to everything. The home was impeccable and exceeded our expectations!

Property was as advertised. Plenty of room for eight adults. Nicely decorated and clean. Would definitely recommend if staying in town for a sporting event. Easy walk to stadium.

Modern and Beautiful Place

Enjoyed the stay at the property. The hosts answered any questions in a timely manner prior to arrival, and gave detailed check in instructions. The place was very beautiful with modern finishes in each room. We had 11 people stay for a weekend bachelorette trip, and it was just a quick Uber ride to multiple different areas of Nashville. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Great stay for big groups

We really enjoyed our stay and it was about a 12 minute drive to Broadway where the fun starts. Plenty of beds for 7 adults and two kids. The only negative which wasn’t too bad was that the tankless water heater is in the toilet area to the master bedroom. I’m a light sleeper so it’s t took some time to get used to. This kitchen has everything you need.

Great location/very clean property

Excellent space for the 7 of us. In town for Vanderbilt graduation, so the location was ideal. The only issue was the temperature of the first floor and second floor bedroom - we couldn't get it to cool. There is a ceiling fan in the family room area so that helped. On street parking was good as we had two vehicles and a one car garage.

The house was perfect for my sisters bachelorette! It had everything we needed, and more. The location was a quick Uber to downtown too. Highly recommend this house!

Great location and super clean

This townhouse was perfect for us. The home was in a great location with easy access to all of Nashville. It was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town. Thank you to the owner who was very responsible with our questions.

Beyond expectations

This property was amazing! The owners thought of all the little things. From coffee pods for the Kuerig to trash bags and bath soap (Aveeno). There was ample towels for our group of 8. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hot water on demand system means never running out of hot water. There are a lot of stairs, so be prepared. The garage is pretty small, my Sequoia barely fit, but couldn’t open the doors. Living room could use a bit more seating. And there is a lovely area by the front steps that could use some shrubs. This doesn’t effect the comfort of course, but it’s a beautiful area that could improve the curb appeal. Overall, will definitely rent again!!
