This property is within walking distance to the beach, many local restaurants/bars, and the main shopping district - Flagler Ave. New Smyrna Beach is one of the best beaches in the world with soft sand and one of the only beaches that you can drive on. The local community is safe, vibrant, and welcoming. We know that you'll just love your stay here.

This home met our needs well. Nice backyard with a fence; plus a quiet neighborhood. Good location to Flagler and beach. The owner communicated well with us.

Very Nice Place

The house is located on a quiet street walking distance to lots of restaurants on Flagler Ave. as well as just down the street from The Garlic and Norwards restaurants. The house is very roomy with a nice big and private backyard with a nice deck and gas grill for cooking out. All the necessary items and supplies were available. With plenty of dishes and glasses and well as plenty of pots and pans. We only had a couple of minor issues when we 1st arrived and the owner/host had them taken care of ASAP. He was vey responsive anytime we reached out which was only a couple of times when we first got there. Overall it was a GREAT stay with AWESOME weather and lots of beach time, riding bikes and or taking walks on the beach. All in all it was very relaxing. Thanks for sharing your place with Tracy and myself.

They include a curated welcome basket, a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine, high-efficiency washer/dryer, high-speed wifi, a wide selection of family-favorite board games, flat screen t.v.s and cable in every room, bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a remote work from home office station with a new printer/scanner, and a private fenced in back yard with outdoor furniture and Weber grill to use during your stay.
