Paugus Bay Lakeview Retreat awaits! This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo can comfortably sleep 6 with a King Bed and Full bed in the bedroom and pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy Views of Paugus Bay from the private balcony and from inside the condo! Recently renovated you will find a bright interior, kitchen with full size appliances and amble counter space, bar with seating for 4, and spacious living area with 2 couches

*Please be aware there is no elevator, 44 stairs from parking lot or 17 stairs from lobby*
We have programmed your smart lock enter code to match the last 4 of your phone # . To open the door simply enter your 4 digits code and you will hear the door unlock, to lock the door hit the lock icon once the door is closed and you will hear the door lock, no code is needed to lock the door.

Lake Time

Condo was beautiful and had view of the lake. The owners thought of everything with this unit. We brought our own beach chairs, but they actually had some! Plus a cooler which was handy when we went to the lake. Everything was close by. Very nice.

The outside leaves a little to be desired. The pool was out of order but that happens. Location was close to the Bank of NH Pavilion which was our main goal, and we were happy to spend the day at Weirs Beach The inside of this condo is PERFECT and super clean. We forgot our chairs for the beach - no worries! They have them. An umbrella for the concert - got that too! It was super quiet and the patio was the best! Nice view of lake.

Concert Getaway

The unit was well maintained and the little attention to detail for the renters accommodations didn’t go unnoticed! Tastefully decorated for the lake life experience 👍 Would definitely rent again!

Nice. Cozy. Loved the area

On a super rainy day... Outdoor enthusiasts have a hard time. But we find games to play. Family game night at the lake. Area is beautiful. My son thoroughly enjoyed the Highland bike park
