Nay Kai at Kaibo Beach. Step out onto the sands of Kaibo Beach directly from the screened lanai. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor condo is exquisitely furnished and inviting. The master bedroom features a king size bed and access to the lanai overlooking the calm North Sound of Grand Cayman, an en-suite bathroom and large storage closet. The guest / 2nd bedroom has a king sized bed with a garden view. The bright living space has plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable and convenient vacation away from home. Nay Kai is ready for you to unwind with TV and high speed (Wi-Fi) internet access. An outdoor grill available for your use. We are next door to the Kaibo Yacht club, which offers casual dining on the beach as well as one of the finest restaurants in the Cayman Islands (Kaibo Upstairs). This area offers amazing and unique activities and water sports. Sting Ray City, Starfish Point, Rum Point are close by.
You can catch a boat tour to famous Stingray City from the dock that is just a few steps from the back door of the condo. Hop on the Cayman Ferry water taxi to Camana Bay to enjoy shopping, dining and a stroll along Seven Mile Beach. Come enjoy the Island Life at Nay Kai.

It was a beautiful condo. Very clean, everything you could imagine in the condo for cooking or beaching, and fun games when it gets a little rainy.Location was amazing, next to Kaibo Beach Club.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaibo Beach Beautiful Walk Out - Nay Kai-. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the beach view was beautiful and relaxing. One of the best parts was how easy it was to walk right out and enjoy the beach. The kitchen was also very convenient and had what we needed during our stay. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would be happy to come back again.

We had a great stay! Condo was clean, comfortable, had everything a family of 4 could need. The location is amazing, a perfectly quiet part of the island. Heads up, there are jelly fish in the bay so we did have a few encounters with them but the condo had vinegar in the kitchen so it was easy to treat the little stings. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great property to stay at and enjoy all that Kaibo has to offer as a family with kids. Close to starfish point, well kept property. Calm waters, safe for kids, peaceful for adults. Only downside was the pool wasn’t available due to construction. Definitely coming back.

Perfect Getaway!

If you are looking for a tranquil island vacation this is the place. A quiet private beach right outside our door, a fabulous restaurant next door, a dock nearby to access various boat tours…it was perfection!!

Easy to get delicious food next door, water taxi pickup right out front to go to 7 mile beach. Lovely beach area out the condo door with starfish to see.

The property was incredible- a truly relaxing beach retreat. Being right next to the Yacht Club restaurant and coffee shop made for easy, delicious meals, if we stayed on site. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family of 4. Well appointed and spotlessly clean. Having Chloe, the property manager checking in and willing to offer support or tips was great. So close to starfish Beach and Rum Point. Would absolutely recommend to other travelers looking for a retreat on a more quiet side of the island. We hope to be back sometime in the future.

Peaceful and relaxing

Very chill and relaxing part of the island. So great to walk out you door to start or end your day on a peaceful beach. Having the beach restaurant next door was super convenient. Seeing all the starfish while kayaking was special too.

Staycation

We had a fantastic staycation at Kaibo, and the location is excellent. Most of our time was spent going out on our subs, barbequing on the beach, and swimming in the pool. We also spotted many starfish right in front of the house. 100% would recommend.

Heaven away from the hubbub

What a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of seven mile beach. The unit is clean, well appointed, and well cared for. What a treat to be steps away from the water! The snorkeling at Rum Point can't be beat, and we had fun at the beach club next door. If you're looking for a peaceful, wonderful place to stay, look no further!

Perfect winter retreat

We had an exceptional winter get-away! The location, away from the crowds, was perfect. Our property manager Chloe went above and beyond, even bringing us coconuts and giving us a lesson extracting the juice. The condo itself was extremely well-equipped and we enjoyed being able to step out onto the sand. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to a return trip.

Great location!

I stayed at the condo with my partner and 2 kids (5 and 9). The condo location is right infront of the beach. It's quiet and clean. We had more starfish next to our condo than in the famous star point beach :)! There is a nice pool and jacuzzi close by on the hot days that we didn't want to go anywhere :) I'm defiantly recommending to stay there! :)

Perfect beach condo

Exactly as listed. And exactly what we were looking for. Cottagey vibe. Right on the beach. Right next to Kaibo (so you can stumble home on the beach). Clean. Great stock of dishes, pots, pans. All the basic spices are there. Everything worked. Would stay again. Thanks for a good trip!
