We enjoyed our stay very much. But it would have been nice to know that the restaurant next door and the ferry into town are shutdown the whole month of September. We have been going to cayman for over 30 years and have never had so many mosquitoes til this trip also!

We're glad you enjoyed your stay at 7UP. We appreciate your feedback regarding the seasonal closures and will look at how we can better communicate those to guests visiting in September. The unusually high mosquito activity is likely due to the heavy rainfall the island experienced during this period. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back on a future Cayman visit.

We loved staying in the 7-Up Condo--it was well appointed and nicely updated with beautiful views of the beach. We loved the quiet of the northside (much different vibe than 7-mile beach). The pool was beautiful and cleaned daily, the beach was beautiful and raked daily. Plenty of chairs available for lounging and relaxing and only a short walk to Starfish Point. I would definitely stay here again.

OMG -PERFECT. Don’t hesitate to book this Gorgeous, clean, private and tastefully decorated condo!! You’ll feel stress free within seconds of looking out from the lanai. A perfect place for just chillaxing. The ferry, boat excursions and restaurant/bar are literally steps away. Everyone is so polite attentive and accommodating. We love the memories made there.

This place is the most amazing place to stay! The beach could not be closer and with calm warm water, sprawling sands, and so many picturesque spots to relax - can’t be beat! We immediately felt at home in the beautiful condo. With every thing we could possibly need for cooking it was so easy to stay in to eat. A beach club next door was such a pleasant surprise and made going out for food such a breeze! We could not be happier!
