グランドケイマン島の北側にある静かなケイマンカイのカイボヨットクラブフェーズ2の美しく装飾された2階のコンドミニアム、カイボヨットクラブの7UPへようこそ。この2ベッドルーム、2バスルームコンドミニアムには暖かい木製家具リラックスした色で。 マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズのベッドがあり、グランドケイマンのノースサウンドの穏やかな海を一望できます。
 クローゼット。 ゲストバスルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、複合施設の美しい庭園の景色を眺めることができます。 キッチンには、自宅から離れて快適で便利な休暇を過ごすために、すべての電化製品と台所用品が完備されています。 コーヒーと紅茶が提供されます。 楽園でのロマンチックな休暇や素晴らしい家族旅行のためのケーブルテレビと高速インターネットアクセス、各種ゲームとDVD

This place is the most amazing place to stay! The beach could not be closer and with calm warm water, sprawling sands, and so many picturesque spots to relax - can’t be beat! We immediately felt at home in the beautiful condo. With every thing we could possibly need for cooking it was so easy to stay in to eat. A beach club next door was such a pleasant surprise and made going out for food such a breeze! We could not be happier!

Nice quiet location with a nice pool and beach area. Condo was well equipped with lots of towels and bedding. Pillows on beds were uncomfortable and should be replaced.

Great location

Perfect for 2 to 4 people. The property had pretty much everything you would need. Bath soap shampoo and conditioner. More than enough towels for beach and bath.

Amazing place to stay

We had a wonderful family vacation at the 7 Up condo. The condo was very well equipped and stocked with towels etc. The location made it so easy to picked up just outside at the beachfront. The pool and hot tub were lovely too at the property. Always able to park the rental vehicle.

Great location

It was so great to be away from the busy part of the island. Property was exactly as described. The only improvement would be to have a cooler to take to the beaches, which really isn’t a real complaint.

What an amazing place! It was perfect for pure relaxation. Not a party house (thank goodness!). It was very comfortable, well equipped, easy to get to, and close to Starfish Point and Rum point. We had the best time here. Will definitely return!

Quiet cove

This was the perfect getaway on the beach for us. Nice view from the large lanai, quiet water for kayaking or paddleboarding, and at the end of the day, a dip in the hot tub. We would stay again.

Great Stay in Paradise!

My family just returned from a fantastic stay in Cayman Kai. The unit was great! It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Lynn was wonderful to deal with, and the property was just as described. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet paradise

This special property is located away from all of the traffic chaos of Biden town and Georgetown. It’s a beautiful location with a very high-quality restaurant next-door. Bike riding or walking to nearby Starfish Point for snorkeling , beaching and fly fishing made the stay even more special.

Relaxing Vacation

This property was exactly as listed. There was plenty of space, welcome brews (both beer and coffee), and a fully functioning AC unit (it was very hot outside!). I would definitely stay again which is the highest compliment I can give. If you want a relaxing and off the beaten path location - this is it!

We absolutely loved this place. 7-up unit was located in a perfect spot with an amazing view! We spent every meal on the Lanai and even evening cocktails. We will be coming back!

We were impressed with this beautiful, well-appointed condo at the Kaibo Yacht Club. Overlooking the bay and beach, with a lively, friendly vibe, it was just the place to relax & unwind. The owner, Lynn, was a pleasure to deal with - knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Had a great vacation!!!

Just next door to the Kaibo Grill offering great drinks, lunch and dinners. There is a weekly beach BBQ and Luna Launch during full moons. You can catch the Water Ferry for a day on 7 Mile Beach and check out the activity on the other side of the island.
