Open Living & Dining Room featuring new furnishings, comfy new Queen sofa sleeper, comfy new Queen murphy bed, new Desk with computer, printer & scanner, new 60" TV with cable. All set up so you can WORK REMOTELY. Master Bedroom Suite has comfy new King Sleep Number mattress and 60" TV with cable, with it's own private bath with shower/tub combo. 2nd Full Hall Bath has stand up shower! New Luxurious Linens, shampoos, etc! New Bose radio. New April 2024 furniture, crown moldings, paint, windows/slider, interior doors, etc. Games, puzzles, toys for the kids to play on the beach along with beach towels. Spring was a fantastic host. She provided very through communication. The property was exceptionally clean, quiet and exactly as advertised. The views were wonderful from the beachfront deck. Numerous shops and restaurants were well within walking distance.We highly recommend this property for your lodging needs while in Seaside, Oregon.

Seaside Retreat

This property is very clean and well kept, it is located just a few blocks from downtown, we have stayed at this location before just not in this particular unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit, quiet and conveniently located. We were there celebrating our 51st anniversary.

Home away from home

The property was better than the listing. The home had everything and more. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing trip to the beach. I went during the winter so we stayed inside more of the time and enjoyed the amazing view of the ocean and cozy furniture. The unit had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic!

We loved everything about our stay here, great location, perfect amount of space. Comfortable beds, the Murphy Bed was very convenient and easy to set up/close every day. Only complaint is the door keypad was touchy at times but that would not deter us from staying here again!

Flawless and very high-end!

I've been renting condos at the Seaside Beach Club for over 30 years as this is one of my favorite places to stay in Seaside. Without a doubt, this is hands-down the nicest unit I've ever stayed in. The property itself has been looking pretty worn over the past couple of years but the improvements I saw during this latest visit and the luxury upgrades made to this particular unit by Spring's team are extraordinary. I've always been hesitant to leave reviews for this property as it's a secret gem on the prom but I'm so happy to see these improvements, I feel the raving review is warranted. Is the extra cost worth it? If a flawless network connection, sleep number king mattress, high-end upgrades/furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and free Starbucks coffee is important to you, then I say "yes." We did have an issue with the door lock during our stay but the owner was able to rectify the issue (even on a holiday). Thanks Spring!

Beautiful condo, awesome oceanfront view. Everything within walking distance. We could not have been happier.Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Super nice owners that made everything easy and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place. It was cozy, clean and beautiful. Close to everything! The property owners were very responsive and east to get a hold of if/when needed. Will definitely come back!

Short Getaway

A visitor many times to Seaside, and many condos and homes, I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and helpfulness of the owners as well as the location, which was my number one priority. Lots of fun and sad to have left, but I will be back.!

Welcome to our Home away from Home! When we first walked in, we were taken back
by the gorgeous ocean views. Spending time in Seaside as a child are some of our most
cherished memories. We knew this was a little slice of heaven.

The unit was in need of updating and so we did our usual ... went above and beyond in
renovating it. My 30+ years of extensive knowledge in real estate combined with Mark
and I's experience in renovating homes that consumers rave about, we set out to create our vision.

We have worked hard to create a relaxing and comfortable beach home, fully stocked
with whatever we could imagine you might need to make your stay a relaxing and
memorable one.
