Welcome to 5 Brown Pelican – an absolutely stunning, fully renovated oceanfront home in Sea Pines. With seven bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms – this home can sleep up to 16 guests total.

• Spacious 2nd Floor Oceanfront Wraparound Screened-In Porch with Chairs, Sofas and Two Dining Tables

• Three Washers & Three Dryers, Wireless Internet, Standalone Gas Propane Grill

• Downstairs Living Area with a 65" Flat Screen TV & Mini Bar with a Standalone Ice Maker and Beverage Cooler. Upstairs Living Area with Plenty of Seating and a 65" Flat Screen TV.

• 8 Beach Towels, 8 Beach Chairs, 2 Beach Carts, Cornhole Set

• Pool/Spa Info: The private pool is a freeform shaped pool that is approximately 40' long and 12.5' wide with a depth range of 3-6'. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

• Small Office with a Desk

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to five cars max. The garage is not available for parking. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week.

Huge, beautiful, well equipped kitchen. Just about anything you would or could want. Three washers and dryers. Great view of water. We will consider coming back again, and I rarely say that.

We throughly enjoyed this wonderful family home. The owners have included every amenity. The kitchen was well stocked. We especially enjoyed the pool and the screened in porch for dinner and sunsets. The home is gorgeous and decorated to perfection. Beach is just a walk away! We made wonderful family memories.

Wonderful property!

Beautiful home. The screened in porch is a game changer. It is very large, with comfortable chairs and small couches. We enjoyed morning coffee and ate every dinner on the porch. It has a great ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked and is designed for many chefs to create at once. Everything is in good condition. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely the best home we have stayed in on HHI. Plenty of room for our family, spouses, children, and grandchildren. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking for a large group. The pool was great. Proximity to beach and South Beach Marina also a plus. The house is very well stocked with beach chairs, toys, etc.

Amazing house with a beautiful view

When the property was renovated, they thought of everything. The house is set-up perfectly and had a fully stocked kitchen with appliances/plates/glasses etc. and laundry to accommodate the larger number of guests that it can hold.

Great place for New Years Week!

Great place - no issues. Pool and hot tub heater worked amazing - saved a cold weather week. Place had plenty of chairs and a cooler so didn’t really need rent them - so sort of wasted our credit. Screened in patio heaters were also great for hanging out in morning and night time. Ocean view and sunsets were breath taking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in multiple houses on the Island before but this was our first in Sea Pines. The home itself is beautiful and clean. We have multiple kids with food and environmental allergies and they all did well at this home. The storage for food was amazing and the porch is the best outdoor area for families with kids. The kids loves drawing or eating or the porch during downtime from the pool or beach. I am hesitant to write such a glowing review because it will potentially make this harder to get again but I would definitely stay here again. We had vacationers from 1 year to 84 years old with us and all had a great time. I do wish one of the King bedrooms had a pull out bed or something for families with kids that want to stay with them in the room. But the space was well laid out and the home was very nice and clean. We did have one issue with the pool that the management company helped us with. We did end up losing one day of pool time which was a bummer to the kids but communication to fix it was good.

We absolutley loved the house and the beachfront setting - what a view!!! It was very well equipped with all the amenities you could want, and then some. It would have been nice to know there were things like beach wagons, cornhole set, etc. since we brought or rented those. Our family of 15 thoroughly loved our week there. One suggestion we would have is to have more comfortable dining room chairs and definitely more comfortable poolside chairs - both were pretty uncomfortable, especially the poolside ones. We loved the enclosed porch and spent a lot of time out there - such a pretty view of the ocean and so comfortable without bugs in the evening. We loved the house, but would probably stay farther away from South Beach since the undertow is much worse there and there weren't many days with good waves for the wave riders - until the last day after a storm. On the whole, the house was wonderful and we had a fantastic time even if the weather this year wasn't the greatest!!

A well stocked kitchen, open floor plan, comfortable and inviting design, and gorgeous outdoor living areas all tucked quietly away in Sea Pines allowed us to all enjoy and relax. We enjoyed daily beach and pool time as well as frequently bike rides to Salty Dog and Harbor Town.
