PET RESTRICTIONS: 2 dogs max. (Cats and other animals are NOT permitted.)

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

Come enjoy South Padre Island, Tx while staying in our beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome with a Private Pool! Our property is located only 1/2 a block from the beach!
This tastefully decorated vacation rental is perfect for families and friends to be together. You will love the coastal vibes this townhome has! This property accommodates up to 8 guests.

The pool area is brand new, and features a travertine deck, and beautifully custom designed pool for guests to take a dip, cool off, catch some sun, and enjoy South Padre Island tropical climate! The beach is approximately a 4-5 minute walk from our front door!

The ground floor of the townhome consists of the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room features new furniture including a large couch and sitting chair to accommodate plenty of guest seating space. Guests will love watching their favorite shows, movies, and sporting events on the flat screen tv.

If you plan to cook during your stay, preparing family meals will be fun in this kitchen which is fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, and cooking supplies. The kitchens come stocked with plenty of glassware, dinner plates, etc so you will feel right at home!

The dining area is located next to the living room and entails a dining table which seats 4 guests and is great for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen countertop has an additional 4 bar stools for guests to sit as well. The half bathroom downstairs is very convenient for all guests to use.

This home has full internet access and cable tv.
When guests are ready to rest, all three bedrooms are conveniently located upstairs.
The spacious master bedroom allows guests a comfy place to lay and relax. This room features a king size bed, flat screen tv, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony!
The second bedroom features a queen bed and flat screen tv. The third bedroom has two (2) sets of twin bunk beds accommodating up to 4 people and a flat screen tv. These two bedrooms share a guest bathroom which is also located on the 2nd floor.

Our spot from now on!

Awesome stay! The condo was everything promised and more. The beach was extremely close walk and all our favorite restaurants were near by in walking distance. The location is set near the middle of the island so it's quiet and away from the busier areas, which made for an awesome and relaxing family vacation. The bedroom set up was perfect for my family and guests, plenty of room for all. Hard to top the location and space but the private pool was a huge bonus, you cannot beat the convenience or having a pool all to yourself right outside the back door. We do an annual family trip to SPI and I can say with confidence we think we found our spot from now on. If they will have us we would love to be back again next year and many more to come. Thank you for the incredible stay.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay for our annual family trip to SPI! Loved the pool and great access to the beach! Also rented a golf cart right next to our place which was so convenient!

Fantastic stay on SPI!

From booking to check out, SPI rentals was great to work with. Our check in was flawless. The property itself was perect for our family of 5. Everything we needed was there. The pool was clean and warm! The beach was footsteps away, not crowded and close to resturants. When we come back to SPI we will definitely be booking again with SPI rentals! Thank you for making our vacation relaxing and problem free!

2024 S Padre Island Trip

This is our third year being on the island and working through and with SPI Rentals is such a pleasure! There is never an issue too big for SPI Rentals. We again this year were pleased with our accommodations. All we had to deal with this year was not having a pool maintenance schedule. Hopefully the owners of this property will consider setting up a pool maintenance. SPI had pool people out to clean everything up with in an hour all four times we called. Thank you! See you next January! Can't wait!

Would book again

Property was clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. The rooms were comfortable. Back yard with pool was perfect. Had everything we needed to cook meals. A/C worked great. Would book again!

Great stay!

Our Stay

SPI Rentals was very friendly and responsive! The townhome was a little disappointing. The air conditioner was not cooling. However, again SPI Rentals was very friendly and responsive, they were there within 20 minutes after calling. The couch and chair in living room was warm out. The upstairs has stained and unraveling carpet. The sheets/bedding was cheap and sheets didn’t stay on bed. If you are wanting just a place to stay this is fine, but if you want a little extra, not so much.

Winter escape

We enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants. We had everything we needed and loved having the pool too. We would definitely recommend for other families!

Above Average

Mesquite house was great. Only thing that was an issue was the cable/wifi at first but all that was needed was to be reset. Again the house was Awesome, would definitely would stay there again!!

Great Spot For a Family Beach Trip!

The house was quick and easy to find and get into! Everything we needed was there. The linens on the beds were lovely, though I think an extra blanket or two would have been great! The a/c doesn't cool the downstairs very well, so it was extra cool upstairs when the kiddos went to bed while we stayed up playing games and such. The kiddos also couldn't see the TV in the bunk room because of the way everything is positioned, so we had to shift the beds sideways so they could watch TV from bed. The pool was nice and cool and was a great treat after being at the beach. It took us maybe ten minutes to get from our door to the beach (WITH kids). Overall, the house worked out great and we would stay here again!!

when we first arrived it felt hot but we obviously just lowered the AC. the rental was equipped with all I needed in the kitchen, especially the Keurig. Washer and Dryer was a big plus. Pool was clean but salty. Liked the privacy fence.

Close to the Beach

Vacationed here with my family and my grandchildren absolutely loved the pool, especially the splash pad. It was perfect for kids who don't know how to swim, it was only about a foot deep and they could splash and play while the rest of us enjoyed the actual pool. The rest of the house was great for a vacation rental especially that it is close to the beach and only took my two year old granddaughter 5 minutes to walk.

Great stocked kitchen!

When my family and I go on vacation we always try to save money where we can. Since I am a huge cook, I always try to save money by not eating out every meal and I need the kitchen to be set up for me to do that at our vacation spots. I often find that I'm missing items I thought would be there and have to either go without or go buy them. However that was not the case here! Pretty much anything I needed, minus the food of course, was there. I was able to make plenty of food options for my family without having to worry. The kitchen is a little narrow but it worked out perfectly for what I was trying to do. I also loved that I could be making food I. The kitchen and still feel like I was part of the group while my family was in the living room playing games, watching tv or even out at the pool since everything is so open. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone with a family. We really enjoyed our stay.
