Hi Brenda, We sincerely apologize again for the issues you encountered due to the heavy rainfall. The safety and satisfaction of our guests are our top priorities, and we are truly sorry for the disruption this caused during your stay. We understand how upsetting it must have been, especially with your daughter’s belongings being affected. Our management team contacted you on July 30th and processed a partial refund for the issues that same day. Hi Lisa, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and the community. We are glad that you enjoyed your overall stay at our Mars landing home. We have taken a note of the pans and have gotten with the owner to see what we are allowed to replace. Unfortunately, with it being in the summer season the pool company does have to come out and vacuum the pool and they were unable to do to scheduling.
