Beautiful Home in Windy Hill w/ Pool/Hot Tub/Elevator

Pool Heater is available Sept- May. Fees and temperature restrictions apply.

Beachy Keen Vacations invites you to come and enjoy this incredible 3 story house in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The private backyard boasts a pool with slide, hot tub, grill, and outdoor cabana. Wood flooring flows throughout the main floor with a glassed-in Carolina room overlooking the pool, a great room with gas fireplace and a kitchen equipped stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare meals. You will love the master suite on the top floor with a tray ceiling, spectacular tile shower, soaking tub and access to a balcony offering marsh views from the front of the home. The tiled ground floor level can serve several different functions depending on your family`s needs and offers another bedroom and full bathroom. Have we mentioned this home is just short walk to the beach and Barefoot Landing?

**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. **

*No pets allowed. No smoking or large gatherings and/or parties allowed*
Rules and Restrictions:
- You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, must send proof of ID and must remain present the entire length of stay.
-Message containing Picture of Photo ID and agreement to policies must be received before check-in information will be given.

Please note, this unit undergoes regular pest control as a protective barrier against insects that are common in a coastal environment. The solution used is diluted and not harmful to animals or humans. The regular schedule must be followed to ensure the comfort your stay and the guests arriving after your stay and cannot be rescheduled. Thank you for your cooperation.

The neighborhood was lovely and pretty quiet , the house has so much room and would be great for multiple families etc. The pool is wonderful very well maintained. We opted to have it heated for our stag and it was worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation

This is a beautiful home, tastefully decorated with a wonderful backyard with a gorgeous pool. Excellent for big families with plenty of space and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and property

Stayed here while visiting the area for business. I liked the layout of the house and location. Although the weather wasn't great, and I was working, the pool and outdoor area looked like a great place to relax.

This location was close to all attractions and beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to cook meals in the house. Very clean and spacious.

Incredible Spring Break

We took our two kids, 10 & 7, down to Myrtle for their spring break and this place was perfect. Heated pool with a large slide, hot tub, bunk beds and a very short bike ride to the beach. It was perfect! We will definitely rent again.

Great Time in Windy Hill

This house is what we have been looking for the last 5 years of trips to Myrtle. The house was clean, short walk to the beach, the backyard pool area was great, everything you needed in the kitchen, and the memories we made will last forever. Look forward to talking to them for next year!!!

Yearly Family Vacation

The house is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and the host is very easy to work with, any concerns that I had she attempted to resolve very quickly. I will definitely plan to return. Very close to the beach and restaurants great family home. We love the outside entertainment you don’t have to go to the beach because the pool and hot tub is in the backyard!

Relaxing Pool Getaway Close to Beach

Stacie made our stay super easy. We rented a golf cart from one of the companies she suggested, and the cart was delivered and picked up for us. We were super grateful for the pool, as the beach was very crowded on the weekend we visited. The home was clean and tidy, and we were extremely comfortable. There are 3 levels, accessed by an elevator. Each level has bedrooms, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. We took the golf cart to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Cute, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others!

Great location

We loved the location of this property. The pool was fabulous, especially in the August heat! We rented golf carts and were able to drive them to the beach, Starbucks, and a few restaurant during our week there. Barefoot Landing is very close by, which gave us quite a few options for dining and shopping. The host was very responsive and took care of any issues we encountered in a timely manner. The ground floor is essentially a separate space that can only be accessed by the elevator or outside entrance- great for privacy but not ideal for small children. We would recommend this property!

Perfect getaway

Exactly as it was listed. Beautiful home and pool. However the home wasn’t very clean. Found a few bugs upon arrival and the floors were pretty dirty. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean I just think a little more attention to detail would’ve helped. Especially for such a beautiful home and the price of the property. Stacie was great with communication with check in and check out.
