This home was perfect! Clean, stylish, and in a quiet, convenient neighborhood close to everything in Boulder. The best part was the owner’s incredible attention to detail. Truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with thoughtful touches that made our arrival and stay seamless and relaxing. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

a beautiful home in a quiet quaint neighborhood with views of the mountains. the home was pristine...with plenty of space for a family of three or four. a large sun filled master bedroom (and bath) were a wonderful surprise and made for a restful stay. the upper floor has two living spaces with comfortable couches for lounging. the owner was kind, and certainly gracious...even leaving us a bottle of wine for enjoyment. we were gone most days exploring, but evenings were well spent at the home cooking a few meals, and regrouping. highly recommend

Great stay! Note: only one real bed

Great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would note that there is one queen bed/bedroom. The other "bed" is a futon that is very uncomfortable and I would not recommend sleeping on. Otherwise, a great stay. Wonderful location in a cute neighborhood and the host was great at communication!

Newlands Happy Place

This home is impeccably furnished with colorful, compelling art. It’s bright and welcoming. The location is perfection just a stones throw from a trail to Mt. Sanitas which transports you above Boulder in minutes. Rob is a wonderful host. Very attentive and quick to respond to all inquiries. Other highlights include luxurious bedding - soooo soft - sunny deck on the back of the house facing East for glorious sunrise watching, very comfortable couches for wine sipping, well appointed kitchen, quiet neighborhood super close to the hustle/bustle of Pearl st. Boulder, and within walking distance of one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to. This was our secret me stay and I could not recommend it more for a small group! Thank you, Rob!
