You get what you pay for
Pros: very very clean with even a clean sent, free washer and dryer use with supply use of laundry soup even had stain remover stuff bleach and fabric softener. Parking right at the door just a hallway to walk down once inside. Very secluded place. Pool and deck was clean even though it was not pool season. We stayed in November Thanksgiving weekend.
Cons: you hear ALL moving around the neighbors do inside and outside. The thermostat is in the hallway and is shared and controlled by both guest down your hallway. Light shined in the room at night from the hallway light to the outside pool deck light. And last but the absolute worst was that its right next to the property and i mean just some trees that separated you from a trash landfield. It was bad in the morning and can only imagine what summer would be like.
Overall: The price was nice and the property manager or owner was very responsive to text and called when i asked. Just not in a location i want to go back to.
