Beautiful ocean view home mere steps from the water. See otters, whales, dolphins, seals and also deer walking by the house daily or into the beautiful park like yard.

Enjoy true single level living if desired. Downstairs features the living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom with Queen bed and view of the beautiful yard. The downstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower. Upstairs is the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two additional bedrooms. One King bed with built in window seats and one Queen bed with ocean view. Both rooms have sliders to the large balcony to view the ocean and yard. Attached two car garage with laundry area.

This lovely home has been newly renovated with all new furniture, bedding, linens and a well stocked kitchen providing you with all the comforts of home.

Located in the quiet Marine Terrace neighborhood of Cambria with short, flat walks to the Fiscalini Ranch trails and the tide pools at Lampton Cliffs Park and Harvey Street. Sit among the oak trees in the park-like yard on the ocean side of the house with several seating areas to enjoy your morning coffee, meals or evening glass of wine.

We are dog lovers so your dogs are welcome as well.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

Reviewer Comments: The Marine Terrace neighborhood of Cambria is incredibly beautiful and this home is just 2 blocks from the Lampton Cliffs Park and a short walk over to the Fiscalini Ranch trails. This house has everything...and every item is quality. The artwork and calming colors throughout lent a cozy, peaceful feeling and every day we had deer in the side yard. And the side yard! Absolutely gorgeous. The master bedroom is huge...just a lovely experience all around.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed for a month at casa del mar.We had every accoutrement neccasary for a long stay A well provisioned kitchen,grill and use of the garage was very convienient for rainy weather.The biggest plus of course is access to Fiscalini reserve which was a 5 minute walk and a smaller pocket park is steps down the street.We explored everything from Piedras to pismo.There are many beach access points within 10 or 15 minuets We frequented many eateries some good and some not so good, others inconsistent.I would consult yelp before choosingThe home itself was comfortable with a hug master and adjacent bedroom that both open to the deck on the 2nd floor which was nice.A large yard with great peace spaces to read or nap as well
