The house was a lovely place for our mom's getaway. A really quiet neighborhood and views of the water from the sofa in the living room. Very close to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, which we just loved. Would definitely recommend.

There were more amenities than anticipated. I could have left two big boxes at home lol. All the members in my party enjoyed as well. Very peaceful and could hear the crashing waves. Beautiful home. Would love to stay again soon.

We cooked thanksgiving dinner and everthing was there that we needed and more. Close to Shamel Park and Fiscaline. There are a lot of steps, so bring someone to bring up your luggage (lol). Highly recommend this property. We also had the best weather we have ever had in Cambria.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of six adults spent a week here and were very pleased with both the house and the location. Easy access to wine country (our main focus) but with the ocean-vibe we wanted.We made almost all of our meals at the house and one of the nice things about this place was the well supplied kitchen. We have learned that this is not always the case with rentals. We would suggest providing more wine glasses, though!

Easy access to route 1 and west Cambria. Kitchen was well stocked. Would have liked written instructions on how to use the TV upstairs. The downstairs was always cold otherwise the overall experience was great

This house is perfect. It has a spacious open plan flowing easily from the living room, kitchen and dining room. This is obviously a family home and there are nice personal touches which give the house a warm and welcoming feel. The location is great with easy access to Shamel Park and beach, the Moonstone beach boardwalk, in addition to the walking trails along the bluff in the Fiscalini Ranch.

This house was a great value for the 5 of us - compared to other houses we looked at.This house was comfortable with fully stocked kitchen and easy to use appliances.This house had garage access to the house so you didn't have to go up all the steps every time you went in or out. We were all very happy with the accommodations and would stay there again if we come back to Cambria.Thank you Scenic Coast Property Management.

Reviewer Comments: Our favorite part about this home is the beautiful view outside the living room windows. You can watch the waves or fog roll in and Out and let it carry your troubles away with it. There are lots of walking trails and the Friday farmers market in Cambria is our favorite part of our stay. We love this home and make it an annual trip we look forward to.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay! The home is beautiful and just as described and well situated to get to nearby points of interest. We especially like how close it is to Shamel Park. Everything was comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. One of our favorite spots was the back balcony and lower garden. It was perfect outdoor space for enjoying the weather. My only recommendation for improvement would be the upstairs bathroom had very very low water pressure and required our group of 5 to all share the downstairs shower.

Birthday Getaway

This rental was clean, spacious and worked well for our family gathering. We often stay in rental homes and this was the first time in recent memory that we needed to use actual keys. This required stopping by the property management office at the beginning and end of our trip and using a lock box. A digital keypad on the rental would be much easier. I would also suggest that a gas BBQ would be much simpler and cleaner than a charcoal grill. Another suggestion would be to furnish the home with decent quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Finally, we struggled with operating the television in the family room. There were no operating instructions and we finally resorted to casting from our phones. Despite those minor inconveniences, we did enjoy our stay. The home is located in a clean, quiet neighborhood and within easy walking distance to the beach.

Spacious, Comfortable with an Ocean View!

This house comfortably accommodated 3 adult couples in the living room and dining room. The bedrooms were good sized with cozy beds. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls and would have been perfect except for only 5 wine glasses. There are great walks around the neighborhood to the coast. We would definitely stay here again!
