When you enter this beautifully furnished 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Whispering Pines model home, you will truly feel welcome. This home has been professionally decorated and will make you feel at home. It is located in the Village of Osceola Hills only 1 mile from Rohan Rec Center and Lake Deaton Shopping Cener. The Town Square of Brownwood Is only 5 miles away. With 1705 Sq Ft under air, it is very comfortable. The large outdoor lanai has a table with four chairs, a loveseat, 2 chairs and cocktail table and a weber propane gtrill. Inside, you have the choice to eat at a formal dining table which seats 6, a pub table which seats 4 , or the breakfast bar which seats 4. The open room plan makes it a joy to entertain your guests in. The living room has 2 recliners and a reclining love seat. It is equipped with a 52 in. roku TV. In the extra large EnSuite Master Bedroom, there is a king size sleep number bed, and dresser. The master bathroom has separate his and her sinks with a Roman walk in shower, and separate toilet with a door. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjacent full bathroom that can be closed off from the rest of the house. The 3rd bedroom/den is oversized and has a couch with a pull out queen bed and a 42 in. TV with a roku stick. If you have never been to the villages, you will be awed by all the activities it has to offer. With the Guest resident pass, you will have access to all of its thousands of amenities, with over 42 executive golf courses and 13 Championship golf courses. Golf in the Villages is tailored to all levels of play. There are many pools and Recreation centers offering outdoor activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, Pickle ball, tennis, platform tennis and more. WiFi is included. You are also within a mile of a softball field and outdoor air gun range.
