Florida Room: Two oversized pull-out chairs providing additional sleeping space for children!

Living Room: Large sectional couch and plenty of pillows for comfort

The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. If you have additional guests and believe the house can accommodate them, please contact us for approval.

First two visitors passes are included, each additoinal guest regardless of age are required to pay $50 each for guest pass.

No Smoking
We are very strict on smoking, smoking is not permitted on our within the Duval Village. Smoking on or near the golf cart is prohibited.

Guest Policy:
We do not allow any parties and or gatherings of any kind. Only approved guest are allowed in and on the property.
