🍽 A cooks kitchen and dining space, complete with Viking cookware and Henkles knife block, and cloth napkins will make even the foodiest of foodies happy.

🍴Cabinets are stacked ready with plates and cups and bowls for adults and kiddos.

☕️ Enjoy the coffee bar with by-the-cup or by-the-pot drip coffee and carafe, to keep your beverage fresh and deliciously hot.

🛋 2 large separate living room spaces to allow for enjoyment for all ages, with an upstairs and downstairs tv space.

📶 High speed internet.

📺 Main level tv room has a fireplace feature with adjustable temperature and the living room space welcomes you in with its own larger screen fireplace with adjustable color formatting.

💪🏼 Downstairs offers a mini gym, great for keeping fit or for a vibration session after a long day of exploring the local trails or lakes to soothe tired muscles.

♟Stocked with games for indoor fun, try our favorite - the table top corn hole! Main level and downstairs flat screen smart TVs offer enjoyment for all ages.

☔️ Upstairs bedrooms share the cozy rain shower and barn door bath.

🐞Twin beds have a surprise canvas tent and grass painted walls with ladybugs in the closet to ignite the imagination of the littles for hours!

⛵️Lake CDA beach and city park are favorite hang outs, as well as renting your own boat for the day or join a cruise with Lake CDA cruises to tour more of our local beauty.

🎢 Farther north is the famous Silverwood theme park and attached Boulder Beach water park for all day fun!

Nice place to stay

There were eight of us staying there and it was very comfortable a little problem getting the TVs on but it worked out. We came for a big family reunion so we were mostly at the parks and the beach.

Not as expected

The beds were comfortable, enough room for 8 people and close to town and parks.Although the home had a walk-in shower - on the 2nd floor - the home is not handicap accessible due to the 3 sets of stairs. Laundry supplies, paper towels and tp were not provided.

Living room, bedrooms, and basement living room were all above average and very nice.Kitchen was not as updated as I thought it would be. (There were a few typical kitchen gadgets that were missing--for example a wine opener). The main bathroom needed an overhaul on tub/shower and flooring. The newer upstairs bathroom was quite nice. The "outdoor space" was very small and not inviting. The host is responsive and aims to please--eg. she located and was willing to deliver a pump for the inflatable water rings. Those are the reasons I give this a four star rating--not a 5 nor 3.

Great getaway home!

This lovely home was perfect for our family getaway with friends. As a group of 7, we had plenty of room for all of us, was clean and comfortable. Close to everything…Silverwood, the lakes, shopping. The house had all the amenities plus extras. Would recommend and stay again next time we travel to Coeur d’Alene.

Lovely Stay

This was a wonderful place for my family to stay at, there was plenty of space for us and the kids. Beds were nice, loved the nice touches like snacks in the kitchen, lots of fuzzy blankets, and beach towels to use. Had an issue with the fridge and it was taken care of immediately. Location was close to the beach and parks. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Great Stay in CDA

What a great property and comfortable stay. There was lots of room for our three kiddos, grandma, and us. Very clean and in great shape. Great snacks, we appreciated the organic options. We will be staying here again as I travel to the area often for work.

A cozy and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our time in this lovely place. There is ample space for our family. Kitchen is well stocked. House is clean and beautifully decorated. Host is super friendly and helpful. I recommend this house to anyone who is coming to CDA.

Perfect for Us

Property was as advertised. Clean and enough space for our party of 8. Brooke reached out before our arrival and was quick to respond! We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Silverwood!
